Was it that Biggins said that the CIA planted aids in Africa to reduce the amount of poor people, in the world? Also said by the woman from the U.S.

Too close to the bone for the people behind channel 5 entertainment and their masters?

(Nothing Biggins said about gayness was remotely offensive. Do they think we are stupid?)

Americans love their conspiracy theories. Did you hear the one about Bush doing 9/11?

Biggins said aids was spread by bisexuals going to third world countries, having sex, getting HIV and then spreading it back in America.

Renee was the one saying her CIA friend told her the virus was introduced to poor countries to cut down their populations.

Fwiw, I think the scientists said it was from eating infected bush monkeys. Similar to Ebola, the latest outbreak of which I believe came from the Africans eating fruitbats.

I tend to go along with that over the conspiracy theories, but each to their own.

I just watched it again. It was exactly as you said - nothing in the least offensive or out of line about it.

There is something fishy here. We haven't heard the last of it.

I thought Ryland looked a bit weird when he said Biggins had been removed, as if he couldn't accept it himself.

These theories are nothing new. When the virus was first recognised all sorts of speculation went on, monkeys who were displaced from the rainforests when they were being destroyed were thought to have spread it because they carried a virus that effected the immune systems of humans who got bitten by them. Interesting that back then environmentalists said the destruction of the rain forests would effect the climate.

Because it was large numbers of gay men in San Fransisco who were becoming ill, women were not thought to be in danger, that's when the theory about bi sexual relationships possibly infecting women started to be speculated about. That was before the scandal of untested blood being used for transfusions was discovered, so many people became infected because of that.

All sorts of stuff was said, most of it far fetched and disproved, including being able to catch it from touching someone, Which isolated those infected. Princess Diana changed that. Thank goodness she got involved, she gave it publicly and money poured in to the various charities.

Developing World countries don't need new diseases to cut down their populations.

Cholera, typhoid, malaria, tuberculosis, yellow fever and all the other regular diseases that have been around for centuries do that job very well on their own, unfortunately.

Then why didn't Ch5 (at the behest of their evil, shadowy NWO overlord masters) remove Renee, the one who actually made those comments?

I would love to know why Renee as a friend in the CIA when on Mob Wives all she shouts about is, " you never talk to cops, you never talk to feds, you never talk to CIA, they are all out to trap you, they are the enermy" She's now saying her friend who visits her house a lot is CIA. That should go down well with the other mob wives and the mafia, when Renee's ex hubby turned rat/nark/grass, the rumour among the other wives and the Mafia was she was in on it aswell.

Yes! And she was accused of leaking info to the Feds about Michelle in the last series who was up on a charge of embezzlement. But Renee went nuts when she was accused. Very interesting as all she ver says on Mob Wives is you don't talk to the police or the Feds. Sneaky

They talked about the theory. They then said that the virus was spread in the western world, which meant that the unseen powers '****ed up'

I think what was ****ed up about the theory they believed was that they said the virus was created to kill any people at all.

It apparently was only a **** up when it spread in the USA according to their belief

Here is a paper on the zoonotic origins of the disease: http://perspectivesinmedicine.cshlp....06841.full.pdf

I have just watched last nights offering the only thing I find offensive is Bear and Chloe kissing.
A group of people discussing a subject which Renee started about her friend in the CIA and BIggins takes the wrap, there is going to be different opinions but him getting thrown out for that I find disgusting that opinions cannot be aired

Channel 5 are far to PCs imo

Biggins wasn't just removed because of his gayness comments though was he.

Don't let the truth get in the way of your conspiracy theories tho, so crack on.

Taken from the Aids Institute. It's very informative. Just google.

Scientists identified a type of chimpanzee in West Africa as the source of HIV infection in humans. They believe that the chimpanzee version of the immunodeficiency virus (called simian immunodeficiency virus or SIV) most likely was transmitted to humans and mutated into HIV when humans hunted these chimpanzees for meat and came into contact with their infected blood. Over decades, the virus slowly spread across Africa and later into other parts of the world.

In 85 the rumour was African men having sex with a monkey then having sex with their wives. That was even reported on the 10 pm news. What Biggins said was reported around 87 88 as the virus spread to the heterosexual community alongside blood transfusions. Drug use with needle sharing was 88 89. So nothing he has said was not a common perception years ago.

I know people who think AIDS was a weapon of mass destruction that got out of the laboratory and wreaked havoc. Not in the way Biggins described it though.

It's not beyond the realm of possibility.

Do you not find it disgusting that Biggins made a joke relating to concentration camps?

I have just watched last nights offering the only thing I find offensive is Bear and Chloe kissing.
