I'd provoke her and try to get her to retaliate and then I'd go to the diary room and pretend I'm offended so she's removed from the house............. SAIRANARA.

I think I would actually try to engage her in conversation. It seems to me how a lot of the animosity started - she tried to ask Marnie if she had been out & asked questions of some of the others & they immediately jumped down her throat that it was none of her business. Yes, she is opinionated and not a little hypocritical but I could spend an evening in her company & I can't say that about a few of the others.

I think that that's just part of her insecurities about herself and she's desperate for endorsement. When she doesn't get agreement then she keeps repeating herself because she's actually really scared of being thought to be wrong.

i think she is a person that goes into journalist mode - assumptive questions. in reply i think the simple question to question reply ...why do you ask that? is all that is needed to show her true purpose. That would be problematic for her..

'how would you handle ..X?" is the idea of a good thread...
