I saw the second half on +1 and while they left in Louise thingy from Made In TOWIE's "pissed off" comment, they blanked out when Rizzle Kicks sang about having a reefer.

If that's a problem, why not just ask them to change the lyrics?

(PS. I can't find the thread for this show on here as it's not coming up in a search)

I record it every week and just watch the cooking bits.
It's over in about 20 minutes

Tim Lovejoy is just awful on this show. All he wants to talk about is football, he doesn't listen to the guests answers to his questions. He has odd body language as well, folded arms all the time, like he's trying to distance himself from the whole thing.

I think it is perfect Sunday morning fodder. I record and usually start watching about an hour in so I can forward the ads and boring bits but other than that it does what is says on the tin for me.

I think Tim Lovejoy makes it. He's completely Alan Partridge and even when they're talking about football (not as much as they used to), I find it amusing and I hate football. He comes across quite quick-witted, too. PS. I am not mad

Tim Lovejoy is a total c**k. He can't interview for toffee! Like someone said he doesn't listen to guests answers.

Is that you Rimmer?

I agree about Lovejoy, He asks a question then sort of looks off into space , you can see he isnt listening at all , there is sometimes awkward bits where the guest says something and it needs a presenter to get more information , but because he isnt listening you get this disconnect and the information is gone forever.

Rimmer is decent imo , he is quite good at adlibbing and he seems comfortable with it, i would rather see him present it on his own tbh.

This is exactly what i do , i think the guests make it tbh, if there are some live wire guests then its usually has a decent atmosphere, if the guests are poor then i tend to not bother watching because you can guarantee Lovejoy won't add anything

I used to think he was ok and made the show bearable, especially when they have good guests on. But as every week goes by he seems to be morphing more and more into Lovejoy, as in butting in and talking over guests and trying to make every segment about himself.

I used to avoid this show for the reasons people mentioned above but have seen a few recently. Lovejoy not as annoying as he used to be. Some interesting and entertaining interviews and a few good laughs. The cooking part is not as good as other similar shows, it's all a bit rushed.

So much depends on the guests though.

I watch it when there's a good guest on (not often enough) with Karl Pilkington being one of the best as the format suits him chipping in throughout but I can't watch it otherwise. Lovejoy laughs at his own "jokes" more than anyone else on television, egged on (pun intended..) by Rimmer more often than not. The producers should tell them they're not really as funny as they think they are and maybe rein in the repetitive schtick a little as it can get a bit annoying.

I used to enjoy Sunday Brunch but since they've extended it and the stupid laughing from crew and themselves over silly little things really put me off.

When it started on BBC Two and they had the female presenter, whose name I can't recall, that had the right balance.

We record this every Sunday and watch bits throughout the week. I don't mind Tim Lovejoy actually, he's not trying to be anything he isn't.

With the right mix of guests it can be quite entertaining.

The trouble is with these type shows, like the similar one on Channel 5 on a Saturday morning, is that you feel they just get any guest they can book. To me that sort of undermines the integrity of the programmes.

I think that was Louise Redknapp. Anyway not that keen on it myself, three hours every Sunday morning all year round is way too much.

From what I remember Rimmer used to only be there to do the cooking.

When the show left BBC2 he started acting like an equal co-presenter.

I wonder if he insisted upon this, or whether Lovejoy asked for some help?

Lovejoy has changed since his days at Soccer AM, he's now more likely to be found wearing ladies clothing!

He still likes girls though, as he has publically stated that he gets turned on by them wearing little white ankle socks.

They're all made by the same production company (Princess Productions) so it feels like they just switch out the cardboard sets to draft in a new one.

Ricky Gervais and Jessica Hynes today who both perform well on chat-shows so hopefully they should counteract Lovejoy's three-hour self-adoration session.

Ah, Hynes has pulled out and Gervais is doing the "Too busy/famous to do the whole show" bit.

Going to be a very flat show today so I'll give it a miss.

And she's pulled out too late for them to get a replacement, so the opening section was very sparse.

It got very weird early on, as Supervet Noel spent 10 minutes obsessing over the fact that the other main guest, James Righton (Klaxons) is married to Keira Knightley, and Noel named his dog after her. Inbetween is the bloke from Coach Trip sitting like a statue, saying naff all.

Blimey this has got off to a bad start. Noel Fitzpatrick is just awful - had to ffwd through his whole cooking section. Shut up about Keira Knightley. We get it.

Note to producers "Never invite Bradley Walsh onto a live show"

Is he drunk or always that annoying? He's one of those guests (like Peter Kaye and Jonny Vegas) who takes over the show with their "hilarious" antics and has no idea when to stop.

I cannot find the original thread for this show but after reading the comments I caught with this yesterday.

Funniest show on tv for ages I love Bradley and I don't believe he was drunk he just gets a bit over excited

They were all great guests even Elaine Page. Shame she has had a lot of botox done as it affected her speech
