Bradley Walsh was awful - he spoiled the show and he tried to do the same on This Morning but obviously his antics on Sunday Brunch had been seen and he was stopped at every opportunity.

Back to Sunday Brunch - Tim Lovejoy was ill on Sunday and and Jason Bryne (so called comedian) took his place and after BW thought it could not get any worse but I was wrong and had to turn it off.

JB was irritating as hell. When was BW on This Morning?

Some of the biggest names on the show and it's making for one of the dullest.

Gary Barlow, Katie Melua, the bloke who brought us the risible "Let's Marvin Gaye and Get It On" and someone from I'm A Celeb.

And the dull theme - send us your pic with Gary Barlow. Yawn.

I like all the guests this morning. They seem modest, friendly and articulate. I prefer that to people like Bradley Walsh who take over the entire show with their 'hilarious' antics.

Katie Melua seems lovely (but I have to admit I can't bear her insipid music).

I found the guy chatting about monkeys and the bubble physicist interesting. As an added bonus, it's always entertaining watching Lovejoy struggling to understand a basic scientific concept .

I agree the "send us your photos with Gary Barlow" is dull, but that's true for all their "send us your photo... " items.

Impressive celebs today, I like them all but Joel's shouting was a bit awkward

Could not take my eyes off Katie Melua. What an astoundingly intelligent, beautiful, gorgeous, classy and adorable woman. 😳😍😳💕😳🤒.

She was interested in everything going on around her, asking sensible questions and generally being amazingly cute throughout. 😀

She was sooooooo classy that it almost distracted me from thinking about what she looks like naked and contemplating which of the 78 positions I imagined taking her in I would start with first. Almost. ☺️

If was going to post that, as I guess you are male, that I have far more of a chance with Ms Melua but a quick google suggests she has indeed now married a gentleman so maybe neither of us are in the running. Ah, well 😝

The spider-in-her-ear incident, after she wore a pair of studio in-earphones, was quite scary. More preferable than listening to one of her albums

LOL I also like watching Sunday Brunch.

It did seem like today was all about Gary Barlow with the rest of the guests a mere afterthought.

As for Charlie Puth, he's one of my guilty pleasures!!! I just like his unashamed pop music because that's what he does best. He's not one of those singers trying to be cool and edgy. lol

Also agree about Katie Melua. I thought she had stepped out of the limelight. Last time I saw her on TV must've been when What A Wonderful World became a shock #1 back in 2007. Did anyone else notice when they showed the photo of her grandfather and they noticed she was wearing the same clothes this morning, Katie said "crap" and instantly went all embarrassed. lol

I didn't watch IAC,GMOOH so I didn't have a clue who the young comedian was.

Just skimming through yesterdays ep,

Wow Charlie Puth is a depressant , i had to FF through him before i became depressed, the first couple of minutes of watching him were very hard work.

Gary's always dull but did make me smile when he said he was going to Homebase on the way home to get some lavender. Tim's truly deluded it he think's he's got a chance of getting Sting on

Bradley Walsh got on my nerves the other week with his constant annoyance , so that spoilt it for me for being too OTT , but this week was so dull , no atmosphere between the guests , all nice people, i like Barlow he seems a decent guy , but i had to give in and stop watching.

I like a good mix of guests , not too OTT and not too dull.

I have been watching Wheel of Fortune on Challenge with BW in. He is just as mad in that and am sure it is not with drink

I enjoyed the show with him in the other week.

I met her once at a Folk Festival in Co Tipperary she was with Annie Lebowitz a noted photographer and lets say they were more than best friends , Katie then moved on to a guy a lead singer of The Coronas (Mary Blacks brother) then married her current guy.But Katie and Annie were a hot looking couple.

On again today. Don't worry though, the human mogodon that is James Acaster should dampen down all on-set exuberance.

Lebowitz has never made any secret of her sexuality so no surprises there

Emilia Fox is stunning. Worth watching just to see her.

Someone should tell Bradley Walsh that less is more, i dont mind a bit of off the cuff humour but Walsh tries so hard to be whacky its not funny imo, it gets embarrassing for everyone

Totally disagree, I think Brad brings lots of life to an otherwise dull show, I'd be happy for him to be on every week

Merry Christmas

I set this to record, knowing I wouldn't be up in time. Woke up to see the last 30 mins, with Walsh dominating the show and none of the others getting a look in. I would normally have watched the whole thing, but I think I'll just play back the Emilia Fox interview, as that should be the only part of interest he's not interrupting.

Agree about Bradley Walsh. I don't mind his irreverent humour, but he's one of those guests (like Peter Kaye) who likes to take over a show and what starts out being mildly amusing can soon become quite irritating.

I set my tv to watch this as Bradley was on but he was not on in the intro.

His name had disappeared from my EPG so assume he was not on

He came on in the last 45 minutes or so as a special guest , i don't think he was originally a named guest

Just like when Ricky Gervais turned up halfway through, one show, and disappeared 15 mins before the end to promote his crappy and offensive film.

Gary Barlow also dominated the show he was on, although more at the direction of Tim and Simon bringing him into everything including the photo bit. When this happens with guests, I bet the others sit there and wonder why they bothered.

Ah, it might be worth watching outside of that, then, esp. since I've had the misfortune to see him on the last 30 mins.

Gervais' last appearance was pretty funny and he did the whole thing from start to finish IIRC.

They trailed Walsh this morning like it was The Second Coming or something.
