Why do the younger hms, in conversation, keep interrupting?

I've noticed over the last few years how some hms can't keep quiet when someone is talking to them, they keep interrupting and not letting the other person finish their sentence.
I noticed it, most recently, with Ryan and Hughie last series and annoyingly Bear, Marnie, Colin and Lewis this series. Rylan also does it when interviewing guests.

It must be really frustrating for the other person.

Do they know they are doing it, is it intentional or just a growing trend? It says to me.. I don't want to hear what you have to say - Nah, nah, nah.

I was always told to show respect and speak when others had finished as they would show you the same respect and stay silent till you had finished. It's just one of the rules of conversation!

It's exactly what you said in your third paragraph.

They have no respect for other people or their opinions, they always know best so will just shout the other person down before they've even had a chance to finish their point.

It's bad manners and arrogance - that simple.

They can't even keep quiet when BB is making an announcement and has specifically told them to remain silent. Bear is the biggest offender here.
