he is loyal to the people he believes behave in a decent manner. Of course he needs to vent and talk about the goings on in the house with people he trusts like Sam, Katie and James. i really like him.

He has not been two-faced. He has made it clear who he likes, respects, admires by spending time with them and talking to them. He has challenged Bear's behaviour and made his feelings known. He largely avoids Lewis, Bear and Marnie, preferring to hang out with other HMs.

He is a bore...he brings nothing to the house whatsoever.

Exactly so - as any sensible person would. He also pulled Heavy D up (when HD was part of the 'in' crowd) for referring to Chloe as 'that'. I like him.

Ricky is playing it safe and acting the nice guy to make himself look better to the press. He has clearly modelled himself on Darren Day, he wants another acting job when he gets out the house and with the perception of Rickys partying ways before the show, that wasnt going to happen. Personally I prefer Fatboy, he had banter.

At least his conversations have a level of intelligence which makes them interesting, unlike Bear who hasn't had an intelligible conversation since entering the house.

Yes that sums him up (IMO) and make him right as well.
Why on earth would he want to confront those muppets as he may as well talk to the Zebra.
