Aubrey asking public to vote bear out surely is against the rules.

Hope bear stays in just to annoy her

And this from someone who spat in his food

Aubrey is another who thinks she should have the right to control things over Big Brother.

Hopefully she learns the hard way, they should chain her to him like the start of CBB 14.

I don't think that's against the rules, so no Bear it's not cheating

That's what I was wondering. It's against the rules to discuss nominations, but is there a similar clause for asking the public?
In any case, as someone's said HMs appear not to know it's vote to save, so if people are dumb enough to be influenced by Aubrey, she'll have shot herself in the foot.

Nooooo! That would be stupid. Putting them up for nomination is effectively asking the public to evict them anyway.

Aubrey needs more spit to create a mirror to look at herself.

Firstly: no, that's not against the rules. It's what the diary room is for. Have you watched this show previously?

Secondly, I think spitting in someone's food is vile but people really need to get over this now. Bear is a disgusting human being who later asked Aubrey (whom he deliberately disrespects by calling Audrey and drawing phalluses by her name) to spit in his mouth, FFS.

The morality of an action is at least somewhat relative, surely. If Aubrey spat in Anders Breivik's food, how would it make you react? In isolation in that house and that population, Bear is deliberately antagonistic and hateful. Fine, it was unacceptable to us outside that Aubrey did that. But in the context of that house, it was more understandable. I believe her when she says she got carried away and didn't really think about it properly. It's what everyone does in that house.

Such a shame Aubrey did this, as I truly believe she'd be favourite to win now otherwise. She's the only one who's consistently spoken out against Bear in the diary room *and* in person - all the other Bear haters, including Ricky and Frankie, are playing it more carefully. I can't abide fence-sitters.

It would be hilarious if Aubrey found an actual loophole in this inane games' rules.

Or even better... It would be so funny watching BB punishing her for violating a rule they never told anyone about (or just decided that they need), then it coming out later they did that.

In theory they could argue that appealing to the public in the DR is different than doing so where other housemates can hear you.

It would be a crock, but I could see the producers/ch5 upset by the notion. If another contestant can hear the appeal, that adds a real element of gamesmanship that normally isn't present.

I don't think she made the appeal from the diary room, didn't she call it out from the task room with other HMs present?

On launch night I thought I was going to like Aubrey, but spitting in food and drink and then serving it to someone is beyond the pale for me, even when the victim is someone as despicable as Bear.

It is a real shame Aubrey did what she did because on launch night she, along with Sam was leading a poll of early favourites.

Aubrey was my favourite early on but she went right down in my estimation after the spitting incident.

She had a good chance in this competition at one point but totally blew it when she did what she did.

Shame really.

Expressing a view that you hope the public votes a HM out or even asking the public to vote that HM out is not discussing noms just expressing what you hope for. Lewis keeps telling Heavy D you're gone mate! That's the same thing really.
