Usually when the singers sing in the CBB talent shows they do really well. Sam made a pitiful effort. Her voice was wispy and weak.

Most likely someone would have recorded the vocals for her in a studio and she'd have gone out and mimed to it on shows like top of the pops. They had far fewer studio tricks back then to turn a terrible singer into an autotuned superstar.

I do like her and I Wanna Have Some Fun is a trash classic, but her voice was never strong even at the height of her fame.

To be fair she does still book shows. In parts of Europe (Greece especially) she is still remotely popular.

Oh I don't know, I think what she said is right, she's doing okay in Europe and around other places judging by her gig list, she's even recording a theme tune for a film in September I think it said.

Agreed, Sam looks like 50 used to look before the advent of face lifts, botox and fillers. Liz Hurley is older than her and looks twenty years younger, as does Kylie at 48. Sam looks great but she does look her age.

Never was a truer word said (Her singing), she ain't that much of a looker either, amazing what a professional make up artist can do now a days.

The new facelifts allow emotion through, they're pretty good, but you have to have them while your face is relatively smooth and line free. 40-45 is probably the ideal age. I don't think Sam ever planned a return to the spotlight; she was the younger woman in her relationship and probably didn't give a thought to improving her appearance - why should she?

Now, she's with someone different and maybe this new woman has persuaded her to return to the limelight. I wonder if her new girl is younger?
