Saira has none of these skills that I have seen.
Having said that I don't think she is without skills and I don't see her as a bad person. She has drive and determination. I think she is caring but goes about it in a bullish maybe even boorish manner. She is pushy and insenstive but that doesn't mean she couldn't inspire or mentor others. The snag here is that, as far as we know, none of those she is trying to mentor have volunteered to be mentored. So without their consent it looks controlling,”
I understand what you're saying regarding mentoring - hosting a chat show isn't mentoring. If she is the caring person she states, then maybe she could be a mentor behind the scenes, but she choses to be a chat show host, therefore she wants the acclaim. And money, By the way, what happened to her Derbyshire accent?
And why the hell did she go on The Apprentice? Was Alan Sugar willing to back a chat show?
