I agree, the Americans are having more say now as is Sam and Ricky too!
But their "say" all still revolves around Bear. What exciting stuff would they be saying or doing?

Just fed up to be honest as there are a lot more interesting characters in the house and I want to listen to their stories, not just watching an attention seeking bully that BB are encouraging.

They are going too far this time as bear is just ruining the whole show. Do they actually think we the viewers find his behaviour entertaining.

I taped BB the last few nights and not watched as yet as I see from the forum that it is all about bear in every single programme. I don't even know why the other celebs remain in the house as they all know that bear will get all the air time. It is just so sad but I think even the celeb BB has now had it's day if this is the best they can offer.
Completely agree with you OP. Im desperate to see some of the others personalities but we aren't even being given a glimpse or a chance to see them. Its just pathetic & boring watching that repulsive human being Bear & the rest of the chav brigade 'squad' all the time. You'd think that they were the only ones in the house watching the edits

I don't like Bear, but you've got to admit he was pretty funny last night baiting Ricky and Renee.

I really don't find this kind of behaviour funny. I'm just watching Sunday night's episode where he tipped all the coffee into his "cocktail". I would have gone completely ballistic, but in reality what can they do? If they show any sort of aggression, they will be the ones in trouble and getting a warning. I'm not sure I could tolerate a single day in there with Bear and his attitude and think I would have to walk. I reckon the only thing they can do is all threaten to leave unless BB does something to sort out Bear's behaviour.

I agree with the OP, not sure I will continue with the series, unless he is reined in; it's not good for my blood pressure.

I'm in agreement. I can't stand his voice, his face, his immaturity, his attitude, his behaviour and the obsession the production team have with him and Lewis is sickening. I'm bored with the series, most of the time I mute it because of Bear.

Until he's gone, I'm out!
I used to stay up and watch the CBB episodes as they were being aired and ocassionally record a few and watch the next morning. This series started the same for me. But, by day 6 I'd mainly record it and watch it the following morning. Last night's hour show I got through in 22 mins because I kept fast forwarding the moronic whinings of the Nursery Squad as I just cannot stand any of them and their desperate attempts at hoovering up the limelight.

I think if it doesn't improve by the end of this week, I'll neither be recording or watching it. Will probably still record BBOTS just to have a much needed dose of light humour and piss taking, something the house lacks severely because most housemates are gnarled up and angry over The Nursery Squads, especially Bear's, awful, very un-entertaining, bitch-squealing antics for airtime.

I want to see more of Renee, Sam, James, Frankie, Ricky and Saira, and their interactions and ocassional spats. If only they were given more airtime we'd find out more. As it stands all we are being shown is The Crud gangs bitchy antics and everybody's reaction, in particualr, to the lead member. It's tiresome. If it's tiresome as a viewer, it must be horrific as a housemate living with THAT. I don't believe for one second all the others are doing 24 hours a day is sleeping or sitting on a frickin' bench smoking and moaning!! And it annoys me when people say, well, if we removed the likes of Bear and Lewis, that's all we'd have for entertainment. This is what the producer's are DELIBERATELY showing. What if they showed Bear sitting on his arse as usual, smoking, and talking to his mates about how many fannies he's munched and how pleasurable it is to have his arsehole poked at the point of orgasm? Oh, sorry. That already happens, doesn't it, and is classed as the pinnacle of entertainment as it's wedged between him being pretty damn malicious and taking great enjoyment in winding people up as he throws his arms up in the air, walking around and squealing with mock shock or delight for more camera time. A total yawnfest.

The BB producer's are supposed to be the master manipulator's over ALL the housemates and are supposed to create some external conflicts on them to see how they react and bond. All they've done is throw a bunch of famewhores who have a price of being paid £50 per hour to basically be their twattish selves and throw a spanner into the works of everybody else NOT being allowed to evolve throughout the show. It's lazy producing, imo, but one that reaps them a nice tidy profit and the spotlight for the brats to get more work on which many of the behind the scenes folk work on, no doubt.

but if we got rid of Bear, all we'd have left would be a bunch of snoozing OAPs , knitting cardigans and talking about the rationing during the war

great post

I'm really loving the US HMs this time around - all of them

I can't work out if they're especially intelligent or it's just that the Brits are particularly thick this year but either way, I know who I prefer listening to

Very sad. If you're not interested in a thread then just ignore it. Why post those sort of comments?

why moan about Lozzo moaning, I really can't understand the mentality of people that moan about others moaning?

Hiya love, hope you are well.x

BB17 was really good and they finished it early for the bear show, absolute madness.

This forum and all different opinions and also some really great FM's like yourself moosie, has always been one of the great things and very much adds to the BB experience for me, but I now don't read the threads that mention bear which is ridiculous as I love this forum and enjoy reading everyone's opinions.

I want to watch everyone in the house and not just one person who is constantly fighting for every bit of air time they can get. I just don't get what the producers are doing with ths series at all.
I will switch off until either bear leaves or he has a task where he has to sit in a straight jacket and a gag for a week, lol, but I will keep up to date with all the rest of the the other HM's by reading the posts on here, that is if any of them are finally going to be shown.
{{{hugs}} Reader. I think a lot of people have switched off and I am very close to doing the same. I accept that BB is no longer what it was when it first aired and that things have to move with the times. But the Producers are just so inconsistent with their "punishments" and warnings. To throw Biggins out and not Bear when he showed how violent he could be when in the DR and how he continuously winds up the other housemates and thinks it is funny is not good viewing in my opinion. The sooner he goes, the sooner we can get on with watching decent housemates who don't feel they have to act up all the time for air time.

I've not watched the last 2 nights, The main reason I've not bothered is Bear.

I have found the Olympics a much better watch.
I put the Olympics first every time....watching them tonight and will just keep my eye on BB.

Think I will join the op and stop watching. With every eviction Bear survives he will become more unbearable, as someone who've been on other end of that sort of behaviour I just find it uncomfortable viewing.

Hope everyone still watching enjoys it though.
