I totally agree with this and on that basis, I have always said if I had to choose one, I would bring back Gillian Taylforth who went out in Week 2. Firstly, they dressed her in some godawful yellow tent which did her zero favours. As for the dancing, she was okay but I feel that she was let down badly by a poorly choreographed (boring) Foxtrot routine by Anton. Additionally, Jessie Wallace was by far the worst that night and should have gone out first.
I can clearly remember Gill's exit interview on ITT in which she explained that she had danced on with a terrible knee injury. I'll never forget she was close to tears by the time the interview ended. You could just tell how gutted she was to have not got anything out of Strictly, hence why I would love to bring her back OTHERS Stephanie Beacham DJ Spoony Mark Foster Tina O'Brien Nicky Byrne Antony Ogogo |

Pixie Lott definitely, I loved her routines with Trent, especially their Samba and would loved to have seen them in the final

Nearly all the people nominated had a good run (some even made it to the semi or final) and so had their chance to impress. I would want to bring someone back who went out in the first or second week for no obvious reason like Martina Hingis, Jaye Jacobs, Goldie or Brian Capron.

Cherie Lunghi
Anthony Ogogo (should have saved himself for a future series) DJ Spoony Martina Hingis (she should not have been voted off first) |

ok, Matt Baker definitely thought his dancing was brilliant, I don't think he quite gets enough credit his Latin and ballroom were both equally quite splendid! I still remember his tango oh and that foxtrot...oh but that samba.

Agree with those who have said Kelly Brook or Jade Johnson - both were really great dancers and would almost definitely have lasted much longer than they did had they not sadly withdrawn.
![]() Also, though I wasn't a big fan of hers, would anyone else be interested in seeing Lisa Riley back now that she's lost nearly all of her weight? Her being so large was always the main barrier that stopped her from being a good dancer, and I reckon she'd be far better now than she was in 2012. But then that's probably just me...

Definitely No thanks to a return for Lisa Riley - she's milked the show for everything she can ever since, and I've just had enough of the funnity fun fun stuff.
On Twitter or Facebook she even describes herself a "dancer on Strictly Come Dancing" rather than "contestant" |

Martina Hingis! I was so annoyed that she was first out that season. She certainly was not the worst to perform, a little nervous maybe, but definitely not a lost cause.

It would have to be Gabby Logan for me, I really thought she was robbed in her year and should never have been sent home over Penny Lancaster-Stewart. And if I could have two it would be Austin
