I think it was coffee yes. Bear pretended to waste it all and has clearly been hiding it. It was a final f*** you by giving it to Saira as she was being evicted.
She didnt have it on her when she left so I presume she chucked it back at the last second.

Did you ever ask why they do that 10,9,8,7,6 thing... there's a "minder" upstairs by the door. They took whatever it was off of her.
The minders there to convey last min instructions for then the door opens.
