BB has been taken over by the mob/youth/chav mentality. |

Hear that all the time on here and it's really irritating. As if anyone would come here for the "banter"... Half the posts are about Asperger's syndrome!
I've bailed on several series but still come on the forum. Watching BB's not a compulsory factor of forum membership/participation, is it? |

I've turned off too, it's just not my cup of tea anymore. It's definitely for the chavs now.
![]() People may tell others to naff off, but this right here is the place to discuss our disappointment being avid fans of the series in General....no? ![]() It's just really scraping the barrel.

I just hope they can change their new direction as its dire, and worrying for the future of BB. Too many shows are poor scripted reality, based on a young cast entirely, trying to produce sexual relationships, they're a pound a dozen. It's too short lived and BB need to streetcars from that pitfall. Their is a reason bb has survived for this long over many others. |

Faced with watching either Sex On The Beach / Geordie Shore / TOWIE or the Olympic Games every night, there can only be one winner. First time I've ever abandoned a CBB but this one is completely unwatchable.....not one of those people is a celebrity or a famous person by any stretch of the imagination.

Why are people still here and posting they're disappointed after January's CBB, which was exactly the same - reality show people snogging and kicking off? That show was all about chavs and youths - the GC, Danielle, Stephanie and Jeremy, Scotty T and Megan McKenna.
More reality stars in fact than this one, yet you all came back for more? |

But I'm not much inclined to post nowadays and didn't at all in 2015, such is my apathy. I don't hate it. I don't bemoan anymore that it's not the BB I love (it took a turn to the cruel and changed all the outside interference rules in the Gina/Dexter series BB14 and has gone downhill since). It's just not compulsive viewing anymore. |

I think the public understand the format now, they know "nice" people are generally sit on the fence boring types. They're voting for entertainment.

If people who didn't like the show didn't mention that there was a problem here on DS, all that would be left is support and arse kissing for the current format, which from someone who is monitoring the effect of the show would deem a success. OK, top professionals don't legitamately come here to scour it's impact but it's certainly a place that reflects the viewers mind be it positive or negative. You can't make changes to a show just from falling figures, it would help an intelligent mind to figure out why - Coming here would EXPLAIN A LOT of it.
But, I feel all that producers are doing is taking an out of control vehicle that is on course at 125mph to hit a brick wall (one they're responsible for). They are happy for it to do that because they don't have the ismarts to ressurrect it. How to sell the product before it hits that brock wall? As much sex, aggression, and blatant attention seekers who'll happily whore themselves for 50 quid an hour. Their reputation won't go down the sodding plughole because that is their reputation! |

More reality stars in fact than this one, yet you all came back for more? Why is it so hard for people to grasp what the problem is? If we don't like these famewhores then we automatically get placed in the camp of fuddy-duddies. That's not true either. We need to see all sides of the camp. If somebody is just sitting around and doing SFA then have them removed. If someone is going way over the top with their grasping behaviour, have them removed. Once upon a time, it was Big Brother who would put a nasty spanner in the works, sit back and watch peoples reactions. Now, those lazy bastards just sit back and put in immature imbeciles to do their dirty work and those are the people they focus on ALL THE TIME. We rarely see the aspects of the other people in the house unless they are talking about how a certain housemates behaviour is affecting THEM. What, do we need a full house of Bears, Marnies, Chloe's, Lewis, Charlotte's, Jeremy's and Stephanie's before we class it as being entertained, and being entertained in a deliberately false and manipulated manner? Are we really that clueless and dumbdown as a viewer that we're lost without those antics and emotions on display? |

I won't be far behind, I completely avoided Civvy BB this year and hoped this CBB would be a good one, but once again it looks like its all about the chavs, I'll stick around as long as Sam Fox is around, but if I'm honest I'm not really enjoying it.

You can feel the panic from production as the ratings drop so they scrabble to do something about it by interfering with the nom process. they frantically try to fix it so certain people stay as they believe if they go the ratings will drop even lower but they just make it even worse. There was a time that CBB was on the up but they have completely and utterly ruined it by trying to make Celebrity Ex on the Towie Shore, and how can they call it Celebrity when the majority of them are far from that.

Yes, I'm close to packing in now. I'm sick of having to watch the four chavs constantly trying to swallow each other. Yuk!

Because we WANT entertainment!!! We don't want mild, gentle fence-sitters and we don't want adult babies screaming for their 5 seconds worth of attention and getting aggressive about it! This is the only place we can vent our frustration of it all. These days, most people are waking up to the fact they can blatantly notice a housemate deliberately playing up to the camera as a desperate bid for limelight - Deliberately winding the shit up out of housemates for an effect, is one of those ploys. In fact, these morons always say after the show, I'm not really like that but I was making sure I was earning my pay packet rather than be a boring fart who are just coasting it out for their paycheck. Sorry, but that is as much fake behaviour of those they accuse it of!
