I gave up when it became the Perez show. I gave up when it became the Marc show and I have also given up now we have the gruesome foursome show. As always there is the fixation with a small number of HMs who producers think are entertaining. They are not.
All idiot Rylan can say is "well we are talking about them so they must be good HMs". It's difficult to talk about anyone else as we don't get to see them other than as reactive to the gruesome foursome. This is BB now it seems A part scripted show featuring a small number of idiots who cause reaction in the rest and they call it entertainment. Why don't they just make their own version of Towie if that's what they want?
Anybody watching the Basketball on the telly these last few nights , absolutely brilliant.

Rylan will not allow a negative word against Bear and anyone that tries is closed down.
I can't stand all this TOWIE/GS/EOTB reality nonsense and hate the way these characters have taken over CBB. I can't watch that hideous Bear person any longer and had to switch off last night. The pathetic fall in the garden breaking all the eggs was the final straw 
really does anyone think that is funny?? James Whale is a huge character but he just isn't being shown. I want to see people like him have normal interactions with the other housemates. I know I am not the target demographic for this show any more - if I ever was - so I think it is time to bow out before my blood pressure goes through the roof!!

Should be named Celebrity Big Brothel ! This show is not worth my viewing time, I would rather stick pins in my eyes. This is definitely not "reality" in any shape or form now.
I wonder if the HM's are called into the Dairy Room to discuss scripts and their SL, up to now probably a big fat YES
Yeah I'm going to stop watching it, it's a shame because I just got back into with BB17. Mainly for me is because it's too much about Bear and I just find his behaviour uncomfortable to watch and also the fake relationships. I would like to have seen more of the other housemates.
Given up as well. The show is clearly targeted to a certain audience and that's certainly not me. Big Brother has been well and truly ruined. Off to enjoy the olympics.

Since it moved to C5 I dip in and out, did actually watch all of BB17 and was chuffed by Jason's win and hoped the C5 attempts at Big Brother were on the upturn.

I've not watched since Biggins was chucked out.
I do still read the forum and nothing I'm reading is compelling me to switch on again I barely got through the last CBB with the hideous Steph and Jeremy saga, which on reflection isn't anywhere near as bad as this lot!!

I was the same as you, but with 3 very poor regular BB series in a row and a bunch of really poor celeb series, i have had to give up, it's not worth it anymore.
All we do is moan now, if all we are going to do is moan then why do we bother putting ourselves through it anymore ?

Well I've not watched it. At all. I stopped when Biggins was kicked out and that's it for me. I only came on here to see who got evicted.

my solution which makes things more watchable is that I record it, and FFWD through towie/bear bits and adverts Which leaves me with a grand total of 10 minutes of HL programme

This is me ... I stopped watching this CBB a week past Tuesday, but keep up to date with happenings via this thread. I'm so pleased I stopped watching as well as I was actually starting to feel depressed and angry with how it was panning out ... even reading this forum is stressful enough.
I really don't miss it - I didn't watch any of last year's civilian BB so now when people go on about Joel and Aaron and Harry etc I haven't got the foggiest who they're on about.
But I've been a fan of the show ever since the first series, so it's hard to let it go completely. It's such a shame as I was interested in some of the cast and thought it could be good, but it just sounds like things might be getting a touch out of hand so I'm glad I'm out.

Thats what I have done the last few nights with the Olympics on I would rather watch that than Bear!! Dont end up feeling why have I wasted an hour watching BB
Decided to stop tonight. Might watch Friday's eviction to see off James. Reading the spoilers of tonight it's just more of the same nonsense that passes for entertainment.
