I really don't miss it - I didn't watch any of last year's civilian BB so now when people go on about Joel and Aaron and Harry etc I haven't got the foggiest who they're on about.

But I've been a fan of the show ever since the first series, so it's hard to let it go completely. It's such a shame as I was interested in some of the cast and thought it could be good, but it just sounds like things might be getting a touch out of hand so I'm glad I'm out.”

I didn't watch BB last year or the year before that. It's only recently I've gotten back into this and is why I come on here and because I've watched half of CBB already I'm still interested in what's going on, but I just hate that 1 house mate in there and all that constant kissing which makes it unwatchable for me.

But I can understand why you still come on here even though you don't watch it any more.

I have switched BB off now because of the bear squad but have found the Olympics amazing.

sadly not!
I've not watched since Biggins was chucked out.
I do still read the forum and nothing I'm reading is compelling me to switch on again I barely got through the last CBB with the hideous Steph and Jeremy saga, which on reflection isn't anywhere near as bad as this lot!!”

I actually found them tolerable in comparison to Gemma Collins she was truly hideous. I have only ever watched one episode of Towie and it made me despair that people like that could actually exist in the real world. a bunch of oxygen thieves.

I've not been GLUED to it since.....never! In fact I haven't been glued to any Channel 5 series, it's on the TV but I am more focused on these forums when the show is on.

It's definitely not a "must watch" for me.

I've missed several episodes, and parts of the episodes I've half watched. I'm such a massive BB fan, I want to be more into it, but just don't like the people in it that much.

Well they have surpassed everything from past series....they have picked 4 of the scummiest individuals ever seen on TV! The Producers want to offend people, they deliberately set out to offend & know they are succeeding through Social Media. Sadly it's Channel 5's way of broadcasting. It's not Entertainment for me but sadly it sums up a lot of today's younger generation!!

The REAL Celebrities not the scum that Channel 5 broadcast! CBB is fake by the very definition of it's name these days. Reality TV trash are certainly not Celebs in my mind & certainly not these 4....these 4 drag Reality TV down to a new level....well below the gutters!!

I've been dipping in only in the hope that Something happens to bear to bring him down a peg or two.
What I see is the rat pack show bullying, provoking, tormenting the others who have morals and just are astonished that humans like this are for real.
I really wanted to walk out protest to be real and just end the show.

For me, it's because I haven't watched a CBB since the first Channel 5 CBB series whichever number that was (with Jedward). I decided to tune in again for old times sake this time around and because I needed a distraction. But it really has gone downhill. It might not be news to anyone but we are free to inflict what's left of BB on ourselves and comment. For whatever reason.

I'm still watching but it's a real chore. Almost all of the HLs is taken up by 'the squad' and any that isn't is the other HMs talking about them.

If the other HMs are 'boring' as some have described them then that might be because they are being suppressed by the four absolute ****s they are sharing a house with. You can hardly blame them for moaning either.

BB should remember that the already not all that ratings fell after the vile Helen Wood dominated her series and won. I don't think CBB is immune to a similar drop. Bear is every bit as bad she was IMO.

I just check on CBB through this forum now.I won't watch the show, not while BB continue to promote bullying as acceptable behaviour.

My own views on bear have been made pretty clear, he shouldn't be in that house!. Until the unlikely scenario where Bear leaves then i wont be turning Channel 5 on.

Some may think its lame but at the end of the day i am making a stand as are alot of other people,

We know how this show works, with vote to save the likes of Bear will survive, hence why BB made it vote to save in the first place. He will probably end up winning with Marnie Second.

I haven't watched it since the Olympics started. Been catching up on the forums, though have to say, I'm more than glad I haven't been tuning in. It sounds bloody awful

Great post.

When we do get a task, even a small one, it lightens things up. The producers seem to rely heavily on people just getting drunk and then being obnoxious. It's very lazy and cheap.

I'm still watching, out of habit mainly, but I have come close to quitting. It's actually quite depressing It's not fun or entertaining.

I'm watching the Olympics most nights but I'm recording the show and catch up when the golf or shooting is on.

Can't say I really enjoy it, this series has been particularly ugly. It's almost as bad as the Helen Wood one.

Very much healthier. Amazing to see so many people with such fantastic ability and talents. And then I look at the contrived script ridden reality crap in the BB house and just sigh.
