People would notice tho as it would severely eff up the show if they walked out. Even the fm lauding Bear et al. would not watch despite having the housemates they wanted.

I totally agree , they should not have to put up with all that SH-t but BB think its good TV but we all know its not its just PORN from the usual 4 idiots Bear , Lewis , Marnie and Chloe , should that 4 be removed or the others walk and keep there dignity .

Lewis did when he was talking about giving Saira the day off so the 'Squad' would have to decide on a new 'victim' which would probably be James. And indeed was, within minutes.

My extra stuff was in purely in replying as to why they might not want to 'have fun' in the way the Squad are due to their careers, or just their own sense of dignity even they could even get near the alcohol or pool as the Bear and crew tend to hog them and that they might well be trying to do stuff they enjoy like talking or joking but we're not seeing it. Or they're being interrupted, like Bear's little stunt with the eggs yesterday when several were just harmlessly sitting in the garden having a chat.

I just think it is unfair to blame them for having a miserable time for not trying to have fun when we don't know for sure that they aren't trying to in their own way as we don't see it all. Also, that people's idea of fun differs.

Seeing as no one who does cbb ever does any kind of 'tell all' I presumed that their fee came with some sort of non-disclosure. If that is so and they all walk, they could capitalise on the whole event with exclusive stories and interviews and recoup some of their losses that way (as well as establish themselves as having the integrity to stand up for what they believe in). *

The 6 walk out get a good lawyer for a class action against the producers of the show for their full fee and more. There is no contract saying they have to accept constant abuse and violent behavior. In past BB's Bear would have been thrown out as soon as he smashed the mirror!

I would love it if even ONE or TWO of them walked.

Much the same mentality as making employees work more hours than are safe or they get the sack. Of course that is for considerably longer than just 3 weeks but it is the same principle.

As i've already said, I also think that a decent employment lawyer might be able to make a case that Ch5 have failed in their duty of care by not acting more decisively over some of the things that have happened in there. Like it or not, it is still a working environment, albeit a very unusual one and there probably isn't a legal precedent but Lawyers love test cases - i bet somebody would be willing to sue and see. So, they'd probably settle rather than risk all that time, expense, bad publicity and possibility of judgement against them which would probably put up the cost of all reality tv to such an extent it is no longer cost effective.

If i was a celeb in there, i'd certainly be threatening to take legal advice about doing that if they tried to withhold my fee in these circumstances.

The fact is that breaking fixtures and fittings and violent or threatening behaviour are against the rules and have happened and in any other workplace would have resulted in Bear and Lewis (and probably HeavyD) being suspended or dismissed for Gross Misconduct. They should not have to put up with living with, sleeping in the same room as, somebody that has shown they have a violent temparement. There is video footage of Frankie at least voicing concern at how easily he flips, feeling scared and wanting them out. But they haven't done it, they've just kept poking at them whilst providing alcohol.

That fact alone, not doing more than wagging a finger at Bear and Lewis for violence and violent threats would probably be enough to sue them for failing in their Duty of Care.

There is no way on earth that they will walk. They will put up and put up and put up until they're all voted out. Why can't they retaliate in some meaningful way Like as has been suggested, empty all the bottles that arrive by necking them preferably or getting up early and making masses of noise. I heard Saira imitated Chloe's massage and upset Chloe so more of that please. I hope we at least get to see that tonight.

Instead of those people being "defeated", they need to actually react in a different way. They right now look like people who don't like people having fun.

Something I think will work is if they get their own revenge. Drinking all the booze when it arrives, pulling pranks and perhaps wait for the younger HMs to go to sleep and get saucepans and bash them in the bedroom.

Some people say that may be childish, but who cares? That would be a perfect way for these people to feel more "at ease" if they know there is a large group of people willing to fight back in such a way.

Older HMs/and the younger ones not in that group (Ricky, Katie and Aubrey) need to do that sort of stuff, not threaten to leave because it makes them look weak and makes them look like they are just below that group.

They will only walk if they can afford to forego their fee - contractually payment depends on staying until removed or voted out. I can't see it myself.
