I've often wondered about this myself.

These surgeons must be excessively greedy people, especially when compared to the plastic surgeons who do fantastic work, both here and abroad, to correct horrendous disfigurements from hereditary causes, or from war injuries etc

Erm, it is kind of disconcerting that bits keep falling off her but i am more concerned about her lack of self respect.
