Yep.
Irrespective of the choices shes made about her body , as a person she seems quite a sweet young girl without any obvious nasty streak.
Moreover i think it shows a protective and caring side to Bear that he has taken Chloe under his wing like he has done.

To be fair, when Renee called Chloe a 'prostitute' she wasn't far off.

Before she started her webcamming business she did offer 'her services' for money on an adult escorting site. She charged quite a bit but her list of services was extensive!

She in no way resembles of behaves like a high class prostitute. I am by turns repulsed by her and somewhat sympathetic (because the girl simply has no brains and clearly believes that acceptance means having a comically huge chest and lumpy liver lips).
