A bit frank spencer (as someone else has mentioned) in the way that he carries himself, a personality similar to HW and the behaviour of a feral toddler.

He also makes me think of a wasp.

Definitely a dodgy roof tiler look 'abart' 'im. The type who'll charge an OAP 10 grand for incorrect unfinished work and taking a shit in their plant pots for the larks. Should be on Rogue Traders really.

Just been watching the ping pong on the olympics and the chinese coach keeps doing this annoying clapping that goes on and on everytime his player wins a point. Even when the whole crowd has stopped, he still carries on for about twenty seconds. Extremely annoying and of course its done just to wind up the opposition.

Anyway he totally reminded me of the awful bear. Just exactly the kind of thing he is doing. Horrible gobsh!te.

He's not worth wasting our breath on, really. Give him his 15 minutes of fame and he'll soon be forgotten.

I always think he's doing a very poor impersonation of the droogs from A Clockwork Orange. I assume he's trying to sound intimidating but it just comes across as laughable.

Yep - Peggy Sue Got Married was on tv a couple of weeks ago so that was who I immediately thought of:
