As a "webcam girl" who also has other women work for her, performing sex acts for money, doesn't that make Chloe both a prostitute and a madam? Prostitution is defined as "sexual services", ie intercourse does not necessarily have to occur.

Exactly, and plenty of prostitutes do it to survive. She does it because she's a slapper.
Having sex in the shower is a fairly innocuous event however when that shower is in the big brother house, it becomes a public performance not to mention bloody selfish and annoying to their fellow housemates. It's not about any kind of emotion , or even plain old lust, it's to gain airtime , to gain notoriety, to win the show.

She might not "work" as a prostitute now - but her past would suggest that she had worked as an escort among other dodgy career choices only a few years ago.
The moral outrage she expressed at being linked to prostitution seems a bit at odds with what she has chosen to do before.
I think it would be much more appealing for her to admit her past and make an effort to prove that she doesn't want to go back there.
Fair enough, she might want to change her "career" (I use the word loosely...) journey, but she is daft if she thinks she can deny what she has done. And if she really wants to change public perception of her, then maybe she should have those comedy boobs sorted and get a normal job?
