I like Renee, and if she's happy, more power to her. Personally, I never think that that procedure looks natural. It's just too overstuffed and jutting. She did have a flat arse...so that, coupled with huge breast implants, wasn't a good look. Actually, her figure was not unlike Sam Fox's, who has giant boobs and a flat ass.

You only need to look at it to see she can't possibly be happy. She looks an utter mess. The surgery has been a disaster.
