Poor CBB?

it seems that for BB some mistake had been learned and it was a decent season ...with a little lull..

but unfortunately this CBB is not good

there is a horrid almost unwatchable negative undercurrent
a really bad editing that focuses on only four characters and negative actions/behaviours...

where is the fun?
where are the tasks?
where is the big brother - that challenges house mates behaviours, thoughts and is fair but law abiding to all?
where is the balanced editing?

ok the later two have long been in question .....but this seriously needs to be looked at by the production team... bullying/provactive behaviour towards others is not entertainment for the whole series ...

Heidi and Spencer were bullied in their series, Perez Hilton was bullied in his series and Gary Busey was bullied in that series. Isolating, provoking, victimising and bullying are par for the course these days.

All good points, I agree.

I can honestly say I've enjoyed every cbb thus far, until this tripe was unfortunately General gen the green light. it isn't even merely due to the horrible domination of this series casting geared entirely around scripted reality desperados. It's obvious they're trying to attract the young Twitter views by having more of a Geordie shore type show, but its just too cheap and one dimensional. What's the point of BB trying to imitate much poorer, shorter lived scripted reality shows?

Like you highlight its the lack of depth, diversity, fun that's seriously sinking the show this year. Too easily the other hms are cast as bores, how do you know? The morons are dominating the hls and BB are making sure of that. This group of young ones suit bbs agenda and overall direction in which they want to go. Why would we see more of the others, come on it can't be that dull they need to show such long clips as Chloe bouncing on bear for an entire quarter of the show?

In reality we don't know what they have to offer or not. I know some smart arses will say if they were entertaining they'd show it over the four show ponies, but in all honest how many ex hms of the past would make the hls cut over controversial behaviour shown by the clique? Very few in reality, simply because the hms aren't entirely desperate doesn't mean they don't have anything to offer the show overall. I don't get this line of thinking....so unless you are a young rowdy, drinking, loose, buffoon then you aren't classed as relevent anymore to BB???? It's a good job all other series weren't judged this way because most would be classed as dull and boring.

I may be in the minority but a one dimensional show with a bunch of immature desperate for fame scripted 'stars' is not my ideal BB viewing. the op has it spot on, its a shame that so many now wish for so little from a show like this when their are hundreds of shows out there that can offer them this type of viewing without BB foolishly following in their shallow footsteps.

Lets be honest BB encourage it continuously, they create the environment, tasks etc that ignite the tensions and divides, but now a days it complete consumes each series of the show. it's as though they can't do Smyth by but negativity anymore.

I would like to add that even though other series have had tensions, or worse they've also been more rounded and provided more than simple negativity.

All you have to do is look at the HLs they show at the beginning of every show to tell what these producers want . ALL Negative stuff . Never any funny or positive stuff .

I agree 100%, i know some people don't agree but that last normal BB overall had some good improvements to a lot of failings previously.

This CBB series (never watched the last one) seems like it is produced for another type off viewer....
