I don't get why people's ages have to be brought into it. Older housemates are called losers and the younger are stupid and immature. In this case, some of the younger ones are a bit immature, but this is not always the case, and I would never use the word 'young', or 'old'.

Did you mean she threw herself at him?
I notice that so many seem to think that she was actually after him when she simply felt sorry for him because she thought that he is someone who doesn't trust anyone and she was trying to be a friend to him. I don't believe she was ever interested in him romantically.
