I never have breakfast, I have never been hungry in the mornings.
It's a large cup of water (either with apple cider vinegar, or lemon, and/or lime), black coffee, and 3-4 cigarettes for me.
Mid-day (11am-2pm) I have a ca 1 litre smoothie with all types of fruits and some veg, and seeds (always banana, kiwi, apple, cucumber, carrot, flax seeds. Almost always berries.)
Dinner is usually my home-made tomato soup/ sauce with added fish or chicken/ turkey or beef, one egg, + lots of green stuff, fresh veg, seeds, olive oil.
At night I usually have coconut, banana and cheese, and a cup of tea (chamomile, green or mint) with a half bag of gelatine. If you have ever had problems sleeping - try that.
