I have a bowl of muesli for breakfast with soya milk and a cup of tea.
I don't snack or eat between meals.
I have a sandwich (two slices with cheese, ham or peanut butter) for lunch made with homemade bread plus an apple.
I have an evening meal of homemade food only. such as: Spag Bol. chilli con carne, lamb or chicken curry, sausages, meat pie, beef casserole, egg & ham salad, Ham, egg & chips, followed by a banana and a Barratts Sherbert Fountain.
Various cups of tea throughout the day and very, very, occasionally, home-made cake.
