These four have sucked all of the fun and energy out of the other housemates and consequently the series. It's not enjoyable to watch at all.

I normally prefer the celeb version over the civilian show but definitely not this year.

I agree. I gave up on the civilian version years ago due to the HMs being more and more idiotic and desperate for fame. CBB was always a bit more accessible for all to watch and about a wider mix of ages and personality types.

This year though, the line is so blurred, they've become the same show. Both seem to be full of moronic halfwits acting like they're on a cheap 18-30's holiday and being selfish beyond belief about their awareness of others.

These 'types' are ruining both the civillian series and cbb.

As you point out the more diverse casting in celebrity is more typical of BB of old, sadly BB seem desperate to become a love island/geordie shore/towie hybrid and its dire.

The attractive thing about BB for me anyway is people from different walks of life having conversations, mixing together and having fun. The squad are from the same world and it's all too predictable and boring what they get up to.
