I have lost count of the number of people having a go at 'the others' for not speaking up and going to the diary room and moaning about the 4 giblets behind their backs. But when people have a go they are being 'mean'. Folks need to just be honest and say they want the others to just nod and smile and facilitate the bunch of idiots.
