It's the worst cbb by a long shot, no debate about it.

If your not into the cheap scripted rubbish then your practically fast forwarding most of it now.

If I wanted to watch Geordie shore I wouldn't be tuning into BB.

People tuning in to see out of interest because of all the bad press, it isn't long lived is it, these people will quickly drop off. It isn't how toughened the longevity of a show is it, its poorly run now.

But the kind of viewers they're attracting will dip in and out, its not safeguarding the brands future now is it?

That's quite some reach... Laughable.

So people have tuned in consistently for 16 days, every night, with no change, just to see how bad it is?

Yeah sure. If I didn't like something, I wouldn't watch it. People must be so stupid if they watch the show for that long just to "see how bad it is". They must have no life, "let me tune in today to see how bad it is", "ah i'll tune in tomorrow, to see how bad it is", "ah may as well tune in all next week... to see how bad it is"

The excuses are getting funnier and funnier.

That would be my point in fact. Going after a young and chavvy audience is risky, as they are unlikely to stick with the format over time....it's just a passing fad for them.

Where do you get your stats from? Google just keeps giving shite from previous serious, nothing on the current one.

1.7m for last night.

There's a Ratings Thread on the forum on TV Shows UK section...http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showt...165857&page=46

And the officials come from BARB.

It's like some hellish pantomime”

I really wanted to see the cycling and I could kick myself for missing it and watching this load of rubbish. I find all four of that squad totally unlikeable and obnoxious to the extent I can't stand the sight of them.

These four still seem to think they are on each of their own shows GS, EOTB, Towie and Chloe on her webcam. This is not the way normal people behave on CBB.

What I find interesting is there's only 5000 homes monitored and from that sample base they extrapolate the whole nation's viewing habits.

For a viewership of 1.6 million that means 326 homes (of the 5k) are watching CBB. In their world the difference between 1.6 million and 1.4million viewers is, in reality, 40 people who either decide to tune in or not on a given night.

It's interesting stuff.

I don't get it either, but it's always been the way to record ratings.

Not sure I'd call it interesting, other than confirming that 86.5% of statistics are made up on the spot.

It's all guess work and very easily skewed by a small sample audience.

Well tonight, I'm actually GOING OUT ! This could be a momentous step forward for me and I can stop being Mrs angry. As long as there are no slobbering couples in the restaurant , I may even go out again.

Sorry, I'm getting your use of interesting now. I should have before, because I knew what you meant by "nasty" in that other thread where someone tried to pick you up on your use of it lol.

I've long stopped watching it. CBB is my favourite because you actually get to see the personalities of the people we've known for years (like Whale and Fox).

I was really hoping to get to see some interesting interactions but instead we've got the Bear show. Took about 4 days to realise that.

Maybe it'll be watchable once Chloe and Lewis go... There's hope, right?

No worries, I meant to go back to that thread to see if there was a follow up after I tried to spell it out but this forum isn't good for that kind of thing.

On some forums you get a notification when someone has replied to one of your posts or mentions you by name. This board seems quite basic in that regard.
