Doubtful she can hear Emma, I think she's just responding to the fact when they start hearing the actual crowd noise they realise they'll be on the screens.
They know their names are read out in alphabetical order, so if the crowd noise is getting through, they know which response is for which housemate.

But she wouldn't know the names were being read out at that particular minute. Emma seemed to stifle a giggle too.

I'm dubious anyone would have worked out that method to be honest, especially that bunch! But if they had, then it would be fairly straight forward... You know the show starts at 9... Wait for the HUGE cheer... That's Emma coming out... Wait a bit longer, few bits of shouting, few short bursts of noise... Now suddenly a big long cheer/boo/shout... Okay, that's the first name being read out by Emma... Slight fading of the noise, then it rises up again to another long cheer/boo/shout... That's the second name being read out... And so on...
But again, doubt any of them are doing that. I think they're just waving and messing about when they hear noises - it's just that the camera happens to focus on the one who's names just been read out.
