Normally not Emma's biggest fan but gosh darn it she was well on point tonight. Sounds as if she's been having as hard time watching it as the rest of us. I nearly gave up after Saira was voted, the showmances started and the programme was focused on the four low life's, however it seems as though soon after that the show has started to pick up again and good will prevail over evil.

Emma you said what the nation were thinking. Get the other three out and lets see more from the interesting and talented ones. The ones that deserve to be there.

All pretense of impartiality has disappeared, perhaps Emma Willis was buoyed by the audience cheering every time she slated Bear or Chloe.

Even she knew she'd gone too far by saying, 'I hope I don't get the sack for that rant'.

She sure was, Emma at her best and she looked amazing too. Very professional, no fudging over and straight to the point! Go Emma!

Best interview from Emma I've seen in ages and even better chatting to Rylan afterwards!”

Sam has no respect for herself either but i guarantee when she gets evicted Emma wont act like a bitch when interviewing her

Gotta have some respect for her for having the balls to speak openly, she's only airing the same complaints were all expressing as fans...why should she or rylan.

My gripe is when they peddle agendas for BB.

I agree with her. Bear ruined Everyone in the house experiences which including Chloe.

She was furious because Bear didn't show her the 'deference' she expects when she has one of her "I'm going in to the house" moments

She expected the usual jumping about like chimpanzees, whooping and shrieking ... "Oh my God, oh my God, it's Emma, it's EMMA" from the ecstatic housemates who were suitably overwhelmed to see a REAL celebrity in the house

When Bear was 'unimpressed' and didn't play the the "I'm in awe of Emma" game she was spitting Diva blood

That's what the unprofessional 'rant' was about

Bear managed to wind her up like all the others

That's a brilliant point - many of us think this. She is a fan as well remember.

You're so right. Her ego took a little poke there.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad she said it... but I think it was a set-up to deflect attention from the WhatsApp outburst by Chloe

I like Rylan, but on this show he's simply a BB mouthpiece.

With Emma its the same year after year after year anti young Female on the show on the vast majority of occasions and hammers them with nasty snide comments and treats them like .hit on her shoe. I bet when Bear or Lewis comes out she will treat them like the Greatest thing since slice Bread.

No wonder she wont let her Man do SCD and that is because she is so insecure. There are a few of us on here who have noticed this every year and it is about time she was pulled up on her biased opinions.

I don't think it's ego - more like the pressure of a live show and hence pressure on her to keep to the strict time sequences that make up what appears to be a seamless continuous sequence of edits and cutaways.

There's a lot of time pressure on the hosts in these live shows - they get instructions in their ear pieces all the time and have to keep speaking while it's happening ...

There are strict time limits on segments and ad breaks etc and times to get to and from the various cameras , locations are worked out to the nth degree.....

So an idiotic, attention-seeking, egocentric, bore-bear can de-rail these - so I, for one, am glad that it took this for her to voice on BOTS what many of us and HMs have been thinking all along.

She has read my thread on here a few days ago saying just that, good on her.

I agree with all these. Emma was right up there in my estimation tonight, and she speaks for all of us who don't watch 'reality' shows like Geordie Shore and TOWIE, where the players act for the cameras.

This. I haven't watched since last Friday. Came on to see who went and saw what Emma said. Good girl. Now if only she can get through to the stupid producers and editors.

Absolutely loved Emma tonight, she was only saying what the majority of people are thinking. I didn't see her interview with Chloe but if she give her a hard time good, she deserved it but Emma's comments on bots were bloody brilliant.

Oh, hogwash.

What I'd guess that she had problem with Bear about was the way he tried to control everything. The way he acted like a child, figuratively whooping and hollering "Look at me. Look at MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" He wouldn't shut up even though Big Brother told them to remain silent. He acted (badly) like he didn't understand the instructions.

In other words, he acted like himself. Like a pig of a human being.

I agree that it was satisfying to hear Emma Willis express a true fan's opinion of what the reality nobodies are doing to the show, but there is a sneaky suspicion that she was irked by Bear's irreverence.
After all she is the Queen of BB. ( All that standing by the BBOTS audience when she makes her entrance is tired now)
I am more interested to see whether it actually makes any difference to the production, or will the spotty adolescents that run the show continue to hold the fans in contempt.
