I've noticed Rihanna is the 2016 of the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award at this years VMAs... Well deserved? If not who should have gotten it?

Totally well deserved. Rihanna is easily the biggest popstar of the last 10 years.

She's opening the VMAs tomorrow night. Can't wait to see her performance. Fully deserving of the Video Vanguard award. She has some really great videos, the standout ones for me being Disturbia, We Found Love, Man Down and BBHMM. Her discography of hit singles is unrivalled in recent years imo and she continues to get better and better as an artist.

What did you guys think of her VMA performance?

I loved it.

Amazing. She performed 4 seperate medleys. The last one with Stay/Diamonds/LOTB was really great. Loved the choreography on the first 2 performances too.

Love that new Rude Boy remix too .

Rude Boy sounded like it was blended in with the music for Pon de Replay to me.
