As easy as it is to say and as it as it would be to do, the best thing the others can do is completely ignore his actions. By giving him any sort of reaction, he gets the attention he so desperately craves and it makes him feel important again.

Bump

Thought this was gonna be in tonight's show but I guess with heavy d cereal and bears olive oil they had more than enough "entertainment."

I think it is really odd that it wasn't in the HL show. Anyone have any idea how the timeline went? Did he do the soup/bathroom thing immediately before purring oil around the garden?
The other HMs must have seen the bathroom - we didn't see that either.

If Mr Bear is allowed to win, what sort of message does that send about the type of people Channel 5 want to be on the programme in future series?

Yes, and Helen Wood, I can see Bear winning too.

I am so bored with him he has become very predictable.

Wish they would bring back the 'hide under a box task' Science and co had and leave him under his for the duration.

He's certifiable. He even gives his infantile act a spoken narrative. Call the padded ambulance before someone gets hurt.

Yes that reflects his great self awareness and that hes deliberately doing it as a deliberate strategy for the gameshow - its in your face and see how you can take ! - problem being if the hms do take it he just ups the ante and throws more at them.
However last night showed us that although his strategy is completely within bb rules the producers did feel the need to remind him that he is required to remain within health and safety limits .
Driving the hms psycologicaly mad is ok but we dont want anyone going out on a stretcher

Self awareness? He's a textbook head case.

It sent that message out loud and clear when Helen Wood won it.

If BB doesn't punish them appropriately then the other hms might decide to.
Has Rennee checked the shopping list, any horse's heads or bags of cement.

I find myself in agreement with the poster (Willywonka?) who said that it's up to BB to define the boundaries and stick to them. Bear's whole game is to push the boundaries and BB are just allowing him to do whatever he so wishes. Their fault - not his. Yes - I know what he is doing is unacceptable - but that is why they chose to put him in the house - for his outrageous behaviour. He's doing what he was booked for.

And anyone who thinks that he is doing it to be funny - and his 'apologists' must find it hilarious - are missing the point.
