Mob wives are very physical, he would have had a chair through his face by now, and she is being pushed to where she knows she can't go.
She's pretty neurotic but she's not the first person in there to apparently lose it and I doubt that she'll be the last.
It looks really stupid and irrational to us viewers and it's difficult to understand because we couldn't imagine reacting like that.
However, like Rylan says - it's impossible to know what it's like in there unless you've done it.

True, she far too OTT in her reactions . She seems to be projecting all her bad past dealings with men onto Bear . I thought she would deal with him far better . Aubrey is right . Renee should not be giving him all this power over her .

How would she 'totally lose it' though? She has screamed, cried, shouted and called him every name under the sun. The next step is common assault, for which she would be arrested by Hertfordshire police. So don't expect that.
