When I heard him give his reason this is exactly what came into my mind. It seems obvious to me. I haven't got a problem with him not telling Aubrey to her face
what his issue is as there is far too much of that going on as it is. It was actually a very good reason for nomination. Aubrey just couldn't take being nominated and committed the fatal sin of taking it far too personally.

His reasons for nominting her were ridiculous . So he can't take advise from anyone younger then him . I always knew he is aright arrogant sod .

But even if someone telling you what to do gets right on your nerves, why would you act against your own best interest (by refusing to nom one of the idiots) by not taking their advice?
He had no idea that the noms were going up on the plasma so how did he benefit from nominating Aubrey? She wouldn't have known so wouldn't have stopped

Because bear kept shouting and ooo and rrr img it made it even worse,he had seen James as a threat uptill that point, ruthless as he said, he hated Aubrey as well, now he suddenly loves her, I think that's another reason why Aubrey went over the top with her rant. I saw a post earlier (can't recall which thread - sorry) that said she apologises to him in tomorrow night's HLs
Aubrey obviously thought they were really tight, and was shocked that out of all the people in the house he doesn't like, he nominated her, his supposed friend.
Before Friday nights eviction it showed Aubrey and James sitting in the garden and she was telling him how she didn't want to be there if he left, and then he noms her. Hell, forget Aubrey, even I was shocked.

More popular than squalid for sure but his chat about allotments was seriously dull! Even a garden enthusias would have found it boring. Maybe he's more passionate about other things but he's clearly not enjoying the process or thinks it's beneath him which makes it dull viewing for me. I'd take him over Lewis and Marnie however.
