I think both he and bear have some issues that need sorting.

ain't that the case....

so desperate for the bully not to pick on him that he just goes back time after time for another emotional kicking.

He's such a total knob. He needs to man up and stop acting like a small child. His fake laughing trying to cover his anger and pain during the nomination videos was so blatantly transparent, who does he think he was fooling? What a bellend...

I actually cringe when he tries to cover up his sadness and hurt, by acting like a 3 year old. BB needs to send a Psychiatrist in ASAP.

I do wonder. I'm not convinced there isn't a touch of the Forest Gump with that one.

In a lot of ways Heavy is worse than Bear as he does nothing but mimic his behavior like he has no mind or convictions of his own and it's disturbing how easily led he is.

exactly my thought - unbelievable that he is so childish and immature at his age.

His selfishness, lack of consideration for others, not to mention his warped perspective of things are also concerning. Didn't the BB pyschologist pick up on any of this? Or are violent tendencies their only concern?

Yes! His obsession and apparent possessiveness of Chloe when she never gave him any indication that she fancied him was baffling too. I'm serious when I say I think Heavy is a bit dim. Like Lennie Small from Of Mice & Men.

At least Bear is watchable - in a Frank Spencer kind of way. HD is really tedious. I can't believe he was saved in the first round of evictions, nor is it clear why he thinks he could win???

I'm cringing at some of the posts here - as a parent of a disabled child with challenges of the physical and mental variety, I watch Heavy and see more and more how vulnerable he is.

His desperate need to be liked by the younger group, who encouraged that by seemingly pretending to befriend him only to throw him under the bus time and again; how easily led he is (it wasn't his idea to throw food around, it was Bear's encouragement), his lack of emotional maturity and life experience.

I don't think he should be there at all and I do think there should be somebody on the outside who cares about him enough to see that he shouldn't be there, but seemingly not.

He is being used - not just by Bear & co.

he acted like a tool, but I had some sympathy, when the housemates had Lewis and Marnie to vote for, I would have had the hump as well, though obviously to act like he did he took a massive dive off of the moral high ground
