This 100%!!! ^^

Aubrey is a total sweetheart. I have to admit I never knew of her before she entered the house but I have fallen in love with her.

It's nice to see a young, interesting, beautiful, intelligent, balanced lady in there and she obviously keeps good company as she looked to be friends with Renee before she entered the house. It is so refreshing to see a lady of her age in a show like this that has some respect for herself. When she said she hated Donald Trump and would rather read a good book than go out drinking, I was sold!

And before anyone mentions 'spit gate' because I know they will...

I wouldn't normally agree with her actions and if it were anyone else in the house (well possibly apart from Lewis) I would be pretty horrified. She however, did it to Bear which I was most pleased with. I believe in life you reap what you sow and when you have someone in there with no talent whatsoever with a sole purpose to antagonize, bully and make peoples lives a living misery. Not to mention he is aggressive, pathetically immature, has no respect for anyone, uses people, has absolutely no respect for women, lies & cheats on his girlfriend, and is a general low life thug and they have to put up with this crap for 24 hours, well...good on Aubrey!!!! If I was in there I would have done a lot worse than spit in his bloody sandwich.

I would be over the moon if Aubrey won. Good things happening to good people.

Aubrey is NEVER going to win. It simply won't happen. I liked her initially but the spitting and bringing God into the debate about James nominating her tipped me right over the edge into not liking her.

Blasphemous!

But seriously, the bib made no sense to me... like, what is the rationale in that? It seems a few fms took offense to that and I seriously can't make any practical connection. Anyway, there are a lot of allusions to Jesus in American culture (y'know we were once Puritans and a theocracy, right?) by everyone. Jesus functions as more of a symbol. He is often mentioned arbitrarily as an interjection, to reinforce an idea, to be facetious, to generate guilt, etc by all types including agnostics. The sayings, "You need Jesus!" and "Jesus is my homie" "White Jesus" and "Black Jesus" are popularized phrases and concepts common in everyday conversation. It's really no big deal. You would think Aubrey had quoted the Old Testament and threw a Bible at James.

BiB. I don't really know U.S. history that well. When was it ever a theocracy?

Hell yes. Spitting in someone's food is just a kiss that went amiss.

It makes it appear that she is thinking God is on her side and that along with bringing something like God into a reality TV scenario makes it appear that she has lost the plot.

I get this may very well be a culture clash but it doesn't matter really as it puts me off her though the spitting in the food is always going to be the biggie. Like I said she will never win.

There are lots of things on this year all provoked by bear or heavy D

Aubrey has been lusted after by bear 😃
When he started after flattering her and tried flirting with her. Then the probed her for compliments .Which led to her to telling him he had to grow up a lot to get back girl like her. Most of them like her and Katie but it's Aubrey they fancy! If either Marnie or vAubrey had shown an interest in bear he wouldn't have gone for Chloe !

I ve begun to like Aubrey . Thought she was liked and she interested me. The other housemates got a chance to shine tonight and she impressed me with her quiet insistence with Bear and Heavy D
I liked the way the others had a chance today.
Frankie Ricky and Aubrey!.

I shouldn't say that colonial United States had a theocratic government because that's a total falsehood. But New England when originally founded had largely theocratic tendencies.

I think you're reading far too much into things. You keep emphasizing God and God =/= Jesus. And Americans really do stress the distinction. As I said, "Jesus" is used quite liberally in conversation. However, I do believe your perception of Aubrey's intent is correct - giving herself higher moral ground. But James's 3 hour interlude in to a gender equality session with Jesus I am quite certain was a joke. Made me laugh, anyway.

No I'm not. I haven't done anything you have suggested here but weirdly what I have done is said that there may be a culture clash so I obviously understand it may be down to something simple like that.

I don't agree that Aubrey was joking but it may have been light hearted rather than meant entirely seriously, however it isn't something that I am ever going to appreciate and that is probably the culture clash

Still the thread is about Aubrey winning and I'm just here to say that she won't. There is no way Aubrey is going to win in my opinion.

No? Ok. As long as you know God and Jesus aren't considered one in the same nor are they representative of the same ideals in contemporary Christianity.

I think Aubrey is a worthy winner. If I pardon the horrific spitting incident, she has managed to be entertaining and intelligent without being totally offensive.

It's not about whether or not I know that I am completely and utterly not interested and I don't want to hear about it. Sorry but that is how I feel and that is why I was put off Aubrey bringing up God in the diary room.

Aubrey may be the most deserving winner ever however she isn't going to win and that is and was the only point I was trying to make, It just won't happen in my opinion.

She probably won't win but I'd more than happy if she did. Yes she spat in his food and yes it was rank, but one indiscretion doesn't outweigh the many from Bear and Heavy, and the absolute horrors they and Lewis have been.

I agree she wont win. I like Aubrey and except for the spitting incident shes handled Bear very nicely.
Plus she looked fabulous in her school girl outfit and what a nice moment when she bent over to kiss James , Cheeky BB

The disgusting spitting incident has done for Aubrey. Anyone who can sink that low is worthless and has no credibility in my eyes.

Even putting that aside, she remains a manipulative, two faced individual who is always convinced she is so much more intelligent than everybody else - even though she clearly isn't. James Whale is onto her little game though- forget about that making up with each other nonsense the other night. He sees her for what she really is.

Just watch Celebrity Apprentice USA to see what a spiteful, vindictive little scumbag she is - a really nasty piece of work who is not to be trusted.

People really, really need to get over spitgate. Bear enraged her the first time, and he asked her the second time and she probably did it to appease him.

I'm still weary of her though. I've seen her in two different shows before BB and she came across very badly in both of them.

She was on the celebrity apprentice a few years ago, and was actually very switched on, but she was unprofessional and rude to a lot of people. She was also a guest judge on Drag Race a few years ago and the way she looked at and spoke to the contestants was so rude. No one's been so overtly mean on that show like she was.

Yes - very astute killer competitive woman IMO.

But if it was a choice between her and Bear then I would choose her because she is far more clever.
Purple.

Anyone who thinks she is a nice person should see how she treated Dayana on Celebrity Apprentice.
