BBs constant warnings before each segment about offensive language, behavior etc

How do you prepare ?

They took me by suprise with the 'Morons' ....

I am on the phone to OFCOM as I type......

I am shocked....(and bored)

If it runs to more than three lines in the description = put my glasses on. No warning at all = pick up newspaper.

You switch over if you can't cope with whatever warning you're given.

I cannot say that I have found myself "distressed" at any point in time...

I put on my armor & get my baseball bat

I prepare by turning up the volume and moving my chair closer to the TV

I have a nice cup of tea and sit back and enjoy

I clench.

I centre, breath in deeply, breath out slowly and fully and go to my happy, calm place.

I log into DS, chortle at posts and barely acknowledge the TV.

I put my fingers in my ears and go "la, la, la, la" until i spy Sam and Ricky having a convo in the garden, then i know its safe to resume my watching lol

It'd be nice to have a segment that didn't require a warning, just a normal 10 minutes or so of people behaving like decent human beings.

This should be the standard warning for every segment nowadays:

"Be prepared for extremely antagonising behaviour and scenes a childish nature"

Be prepared for extremely normal behavior . People having fun and a jolly good time
