Well that was nice - they managed to squeeze in a Robron scene for a couple of seconds just before the end!! Aaron will be even more involved now that Liv is getting upset.

I don't know any gay man that calls his partner MATE me included it's just not right no matter how "butch" and "straight acting you are" it's weird, ED writers take note.

According to the DS spoilers it was meant to happen tonight!
Maybe I look at Robron scenes wrong but I'm more interested in what they are saying and how they interact together and how the chemistry is between them than being too bothered about the Mate and arm tapping thing. They can't be hugging all the time and I don't think they are the type to call each other, Darling, Doll, or Babe - Mate is probably the nearest they get to a term of endearment.

yes... the spoilers say it's supposed to be tonight... but i think it's either tomorrow, or else they're referring to the scene that transpired yesterday at the woolpack
just caught up and watched back to back and the best thing was when Robert walked into the pub and Chas told him about Liv. He didn't turn round or stay at the bar but walked straight to be with his new family

Did Robert ever call Chrissie any pet names? Not that I can recall.
I do think 'mate' does sound a bit odd personally but I can't think of what word would suit them.
Anyway those of you on twitter might find it more beneficial to complain to ED or the writers on twitter instead of in here all the time where it serves no purpose at all. I mean if you want something to improve unless you tell them it's not going to happen. Good customer service.

I rewound it at the end so i could watch both scenes again and they carry on talking as the camera is on Kerry/Rishi. Damn those cameras, i wanted to listen

I am not bothered also. I think it's pretty obvious that they love each others and I love the way they are doing things together.

I think it must be tomorrow. If Chrissie doesn't threaten Robert or his family Robron wins and the story ends soon. We know that's not likely.
I don't mind the 'mate' thing or the arm tapping.. That's just them. I'd be more freaked out if they did start calling each other 'babe' that would be weird and out of character.
Loved Robert revealing everything to Lachlan.. Lachlan's starting to turn on Chrissie! If I were her I'd sleep with one eye open.
Love how Robron are so protective of Liv. I think now more than ever Aaron will want to make the Whites pay. I was feeling optimistic after being spoiled last night.. Big mistake! One scene at the very end

I agree exactly with this. Robert is probably not the type to even call a girl babe but Aaron might, then again he probably wouldn't call a girl darling but Robert could easily. They'll work it out and I think that will come in time, they may even laugh when it does
They're leaving the Donny thing ambiguous. Nobody does know for sure I suppose. I'm not sure Ross told anyone what Charlie said to him about Donny, maybe he'll be asked by Lachlan or something.

I suppose Donny could return. He'd be out for revenge against Chrissie as well. So this could end up a 3 pronged war: Team robron, team Chrissie and team Lachlan? Who knows who will control HF.
Anyone else love the way Ryan says 'that's very strange' in the scrapyard scene with Lachlan...? He's so good at being bad...it's brilliant - I can't stop watching it lol. I need help...

actually robert did call chrissie 'babe' - not sure he would call aaron that, but the episode in which chrissie discovers someone is watching porn (right before the 2nd hotel) he calls her babe in that episode.
