What I don't understand is why fans assume that this proposal will happen after Aaron has been hurt where has that come from?

If the proposal is Robron which happens on week 10th, but the big week isn't until the following week (when Aaron could get hurt) then the proposal will come before the drama right Ive never texted proposal so much in my life.

I want it to be Robron so bad!!! It could be either of them who proposes. I think if one of them is going to propose that might be the comedy element of it. They might keep trying to propose but something keeps getting in the way.

The issue is for 2 weeks.. Monday 10th October - Friday 21st October.
It could be the first week or it could be the second week.

I guess the proposal is considered and maybe planned before this quarry stuff and then it doesn't happen until afterwards as there was never a chance during the drama .

On the other hand it could be a business proposal for someone to buy Charity out of the pub, I doubt it as they usually use terms like make an offer or deal and not proposal in those circumstances.

Well assuming it is a marriage proposal (it's gotta be, right? right?) The funny, romantic stuff could be whoever it is trying to do it, always getting interrupted or something getting in the way. That would tick both those boxes. I am feeling positive about all this, I cant wait for October ! ! !

the sentence sounds to me like someone's mustered enough courage to make that proposal... he's mulled over it for a while (thinking the other party wasn't ready yet?)... could very well be robron as their time apart comes in handy as catalyst

If it is a proposal i can see it being like Random suggested and there being obstacles to it before it can happen, like potential mortal peril.

Randomguy is right, if it wasnt a marriage proposal then it would be offer or deal.. the whole sentence just fits that it's very likely to be marriage.

Perhaps this explains why they were separated for the France trip, that the distance and reunion triggers one or both of them to think about making a commitment. Maybe Aaron returns from France having missed him and with a ring. You know like how during the shooting episode aftermath he got a gun out his bag and then the credits rolled. This time a ring? Lmao.

It would be very interesting if it's Aaron who proposes.. remember how nervous he was at the idea of them living together & he got his hopes crushed when Robert said he'd think about it.. would he really be willing to put himself back in that situation for Robert to say no/ too soon or something.. at the same time there's Robert who had his own worries of things moving too fast with Aaron.
