Paddy had a nerve lastnight

How dare he say what he said to Robert.. if Chas of all peole can support them, then so can Paddy. He annoyed me with that.”

We need to ask Maxine to write a jealous Robert scene

Regarding the cast list, I just noticed this

Spoiler
I noticed in the cast list that we don't have Nicola, James and Gabby next week, Do you think it could mean something

I agree about him having every right for hating Robert, but it's his own fault that he weren't around to see whats been going on between the boys as he's not been much in Aarons life for quite awhile. If I'm honest I didn't expect Paddy to be quite so hostile.”

I thought it as a perfectly pitched scene, Paddy for obvious reasons doesn't like Robert but Paddy stirred a lot of the drama with his "stop your cheating husband" notes. He then runs off and starts bonking Leo's teacher so he is hardly a bastion of morality when to comes to cheating.
Of course lets not forget the grain augar or Lodge which are reasons to hate someone.
BUT
As someone rightly said, he hasn't seen Robert through and since the Gordon issues and as much as Paddy has reason to hate Robert, Robert has been Aaron's rock and now his sole mate and lover if Paddy loves Aaron he needs to be protective but allow Aaron to be with who he wants and love who he wants otherwise he will lose Aaron.
I think Robert pitched it just right (well done Maxine that writing was brilliant) and he has given Paddy something to think about, lets hope we get more on that tonight.

I hear we will hear Paddy's regret tonight for not being there for Aaron during Gordon's trial, he may also realise Robert was there....

I agree that its his own selfish fault for not being there during the Gordon stuff. I get both POVs on their scene. Robert not liking Paddy not being there for Aaron and Paddy just plain not liking Robert.

I do think it will be brought up tonight because Paddy looked upset after Robert left.

I think Paddy has been thinking about his role as a father lately anyway. I bet we see the same scene this time from Paddy's viewpoint. Although Paddy will never like Robert he will do the best thing for Aaron. That's what parents do.

I hope that the cast list is a red hearing

I thought the scene was just right as well.Robert was right to call Paddy out on not being there and right to acknowledge what he has done in the past to Aaron and Paddy. However Paddy has very good reason also to not like Robert or think he will do right by Aaron.I think he feels guilty now though and we will see something further about this as that scene was there for a reason other than just Robron

It looks like both Rob and Aarons families are getting on with their lives next week so I assume that means that neither of them are badly hurt.

Which begs the question as to what the obstacles and bumpy ride is going to be all about.

Why did Aaron seem surprised that Robert had always said he was straight ? When he asked him that in the car.I thought he would have just known it was because Robert couldn't accept it,especially as he was the same about being gay and coming out

In one word Lachlan. Clearly their biggest problem.

Veering off the road and down a slope into a lake doesn't constitute a bumpy ride? Lachlan is an obstacle.

Danny was being literal in his description of a "bumpy ride with a bright future". The bright future will be after this week.

I don't know they are getting on with their lives as normal, as we obviously don't see anything that might be them very much not getting on as normal. You could have Aaron or robert or both in hospital but still have other bits and bobs for their family/friends outside that

I'll just say that it's best to expect one of them will be in a serious situation after the accident. Just...just.

By the end of Wednesdays ep.. do we think we will probably be able to piece together what happens.. as we should know how they all end up in the same place.. can it just be Thursday now please.

Lol.

Yeah I wouldn't rule out Aaron (at least) been fine just because Chas/Liv have other stories.. I just think for Robron to come out this week fine it's just abit.. odd imo.

In that interview with Lorraine, Dominic seemed to be quite mischievous about knowing something the audience dont- revealing that a newspaper had spoiled one death but there was possibly another?

There probably is a second death, I bet its not of a major character or player in the weeks drama.

It is odd as we have been told that Robron have something more longterm from all this unless it simply means an engagement.

I still keep thinking about poor Ashley but I would rather his departure woud play out away from any stunts.

Long term might not mean physical injury though. That's just one way to look at things.

Me too. To me Ashley dying in a stunt would be a cop out since he has a fatal condition. It would take something away from the story to have him die in a stunt.

Exactly. They have been fairly true to this storyline so far and killing him in a stunt would seem that the new Producer wanted to wrap things quickly up. It would also take away the effectiveness of the whole storyline and what it means for someone who suffers from this.

Yeah it would be a bit strange if they just walk away from all of this with a few minor injuries.

I really want this to kick off another long term story for them as we have been spoiled with all this excitement. I don't want them to fade in to the background again.
