Yeah it is my favourite scene I just love everything about it and I think they got it totally spot on,the tension,emotions etc.So,so well done ! I see why Danny and Ryan bonded a bit more since they were in there for two hours lol

I can not believe I've just seen an ask on tumblr saying they think Robert will be put off Aaron after seeing him so scared yesterday when Robert was so calm that Robert only knows the tough side of Aaron so seeing him that way is unattractive (but they say they don't mean it in a horrible way)

Robert knows Aaron better than anyone & he has most certainly seen Aaron's vulnerable side more than enough.. even at the start of the affair he seen it, how rude

Another thing I loved about the underwater scene was both of their voices being so emotional.Both were breaking with fear and emotion.The way Aaron/Danny was saying 'I can't,it's not moving' and 'I love you,ok,I love you.Please just go' and then Robert/Ryan said 'no chance,I'm not leaving you.No' was so natural and moving and heartfelt.Played brilliantly

Not tonight unless someone kills her. She wasn't involved in the actual accident so she doesn't have any physical injuries that would put her in jeopardy. Long term though I think Emma might run into problems.

Not quite that far, but certainly I wouldn't bother to watch the show again. Watching most of this weeks episodes, has made me realise I only really care about Robert and Aaron, Adam and Moira, Finn, Eric and Chas. I don't give a damn about Emma, James, Charity, Cain, Paddy and Marlon (I loved Paddy as Aaron's "weird pseudo-stepdad") or most of the villagers.Many really annoy me.

That's true. They don't show enough actual farming and rural life on ED. This could be their chance to do a whole episode focused on Emma's cookery skill. Maybe she could invite Frank for dinner if she's inconveniently lost track of her husband. That would be a huge ratings getter.

Also the only reason that Robert was calmer because he wasn't the one slowly being drowned or the one trapped. The reason that Aaron was panicking was because all the water was filling up on his side and he was running out of time and couldn't get free. Robert was of course being brave and amazing but he wasn't the one in danger, which is the whole point of the scene. Of course Aaron is going to be scared and panicked. It's just tosh to say Robert has never seen that side of him because what about the abuse stuff? Self harm stuff? Katie? Even if he hadn't then he's hardly going to judge him for it. Seeing someone you love scared and panicked doesn't put you off them it makes you want to protect them more. I don't think that 'fan' could have been a fan at all.

I suspect Aaron might get Hepatitis if he has some liver malfunction. His physical health will be slightly compromised. I am more worried that he has a physical injury, because underwater you are weightless and there might have been some lasting trauma to his leg in Robert trying to extricate it from the car. Robert will blame himself (though he has nothing to reproach himself for) and Aaron might have to give up the heavy work at the scrapyard ( I imagine Robert and Adam's relationship will improve now Adam has seen twice how Robert has stood by Aaron) so perhaps become Aaron will be the publican at the pub.?

Aaron told Robert to save himself and let him go because he loves him so much. Robert's never loved Aaron more than he does right now. Any other interpretation is ridiculous.

Speaking of Emma, I follow Gillian on Twitter and she was very sorry about the chicken that have been sacrificed lol

Actually Paul Roundell told her how fantastic she was and that he was disappointed they have cut the scene when she bits the chicken heads off lol

I found Aaron's reaction very realistic. Wouldn't most people in that situation be freaking out panicking. I know I would be. Thankfully he was with someone who was able to remain calm.
