The thing with Rebecca's character is that she's been there from the start. It just took two years for her to appear. It seems the whole previous relationship with Robert was always going to be revealed when she arrived but maybe it was intended to bring her in much sooner. If so, her role in the story may have shifted. Where before they may have rekindled their relationship it might now - after how things have progressed on the show - be a different dynamic than originally planned.

Is there confirmation that Rebecca is still going to go after Robert ? I really can't be doing with that to be honest.It is of no interest whatsoever and I'm not happy if they do this.I also don't like Robert teaming up with her at all or having any more to do with HF.I wish they hadn't brought this character in to be honest

I wonder what's next for Aaron story line wise? While this Rebecca/Robert deal thing goes on he seems to be being kept out of it, It seems he's not going to be mentioned in spoilers for next week but are they going to make his damaged Liver a long term thing or have a quick recovery and just shove him in the back ground,

I dont think Paddy will push his boundaries with Aaron after everything, and he knows deep down how much Robert has been there for him and saved him more than once. I think he will end up saying if you're happy im happy. I don't expect him to forget all the past but to move forward would be a good step

I do wonder if he will have problems for a while, he said it was nakerd but wonder what the actual medical term for it is Any health workers have an idea what could be wrong??

I also think that Robert and Aaron seem so much closer and natural and loving now.Do people think it's because the writing is there to allow them to play it that way or do they think it's because Danny and Ryan decided to play it more this way now ?

I do wish we saw a Paddy reaction instead of you know who. Especially after the last Paddy/Robert scene. It didnt really go anywhere.

I like it but he looks too like Danny like that which puts me off a little. I need to be able to differentiate Aaron from Danny otherwise it weirds me out. I embrace the Aaron side parting.

If you asked me who i had no interest in reacting to the engagement news it would include Charity and Rebecca. Fair enough Rebecca cus she has a link to the situation (unfortunately) but are you telling me we had Charity react but nothing from Paddy or Diane? No Dingles at all? You mean to tell me they had a scene with Chas and Cain where the engagement wasn't even touched upon? But we had Charity all guns blazing about it?

I'm afraid i don't hold out much hope for any of these people actually being shown reacting or finding out because too much time will have moved on by tomorrow for it not to have spread. Very very disappointing. I think we've moved past a Paddy/Aaron chat as well now.

Aaron was gonna give up and allow himself to die so Robert could live. But Robert couldn't live without Aaron and risked his life to save him and if he couldn't save him was gonna stay with Aaron and allow himself to die. When Ryan first called them soulmates, God only knows how long ago that was now, he had no idea!

Robert loves Aaron and he doesn't feel anything for Rebecca so I really don't get why people are upset.

I honestly don't think this liver thing will be a story as we haven't even been told anything about his injuries/illness. Literally nothing. All we know is his liver isn't very good. Like how vague about what's happened to Aaron as a result of the crash can they be? No mention of even why he flatlined or whatever on Friday, he's just awake and OK. If it was going to be a story i think we'd have been informed of the issue and potential complications/impact. Clearly Aaron is going to be extra 12 for the foreseeable again so.

I don't feel negativity about the Robron stuff, just the inclusion of Rebecca once again involved with Robert in the storyline and them tainting Robron episodes. The Robron stuff itself has been nothing but positive. Aside from me still not being sure over this whole "Aaron forgot the proposal/yes thing".

I'm not too sure how to answer that.

To be able to be a 'fan' of Robron I need to be able to think of Aaron and Danny as two separate people. With Aaron's hairstyle I'm able to do that. If he starts to look like Danny then I'm worried I'll project Danny's personality onto Aaron and therefore won't enjoy the Robron story as much.
