Yeah it's just funny to think about it all.I always thought he did love Katie.I would have said she was the one he had loved up until Aaron and I didn't think he did love Chrissie.And I had no knowledge of Rebecca lol so not sure about that either
I don't know anything has been changed actually. If you take that famous interview with Kate Oates where she said that Robert has maybe always cheated as his relationships with women didn't give him what a deeper relationship with a guy (and obviously she meant Aaron specifically) could, that's pretty much actually what we have seen play out on screen recently, isn't it?
The worst thing about this episode is that it's now brought out a Chrissie support squad on tumblr. No thanks.

I think alot of things were said tbh.. Ryan saying Robert loved Chrissie & he'd never cheated on her before.. we now know that's not the case, they have changed things around were Chrobert are concerned, maybe it was originally shown that he did generally love her & was torn between her & Aaron.. but now it seems there was never a choice it was always Aaron.. he changed everything, but Robert was too in denial & wanted his rich life, yes he was attracted too her but all that man cared about was the Whites money, he used the lot of them to get what he wanted.

I know.I have always thought that he loved her to an extent but that Aaron was on a different level and his soulmate.Just thinking about it all as we have heard him say recently that he married her for money etc

I hope we see Aaron tomorrow if he's going to be back from hospital. It was good we saw Rhona tonight as a surprise so seeing as they have specifically written in that Aaron was coming home, i'm hopeful we could see him and we could get some surprise Robron scenes.

Some of those interviews though I would take them with a grain of salt. Remember that interview with Louise and Kelvin that they did where it was all about how loved up they were and how they could work as a couple. I think Kelvin even went on about how Andy could take Lachlan under his wing and be an example to him because of his own troubled childhood. Well they knew at the time that Kelvin was leaving and Chrissie was going to frame him for Lachlan's crime.
Perhaps there wasn't really a change in how Ryan thought about the character but at the time the audience was supposed to believe he loved Chrissie.

And that's interesting as it's a completely different producer who's seeing that through on screen. So either they were on the same page anyway with regards to his character or Robert has always been on a specific journey that even the new producer agreed to stick to. Because it's so coincidental that something that Kate Oates said ages ago is actually happening on screen now even way after she has left.
I'd really like to see a little Robron scene of Robert fussing over Aaron and Aaron being all grumpy cus of the attention and fuss. Classic Robron

Yeah although I'm never really sure that Kate was going to turn it into a true love story,especially have them married.I think the viewer's love for them and seeing how good they are and how well Danny and Ryan work together,has changed the direction
I was just watching some of the robron fan videos on youtube with clips from the early days of Ryan, and I have to say that with the different hair cut from when he first started and I think he has either lost some weight or grown a bit of more muscle, i'm not sure which one. But he looks so much hotter!
Oh I do hope that we get to see Robert bringing home tomorrow night and l loved it when he called aaron his fiancée.
