Robert proposed to Aaron, they are engaged, he promised Aaron that he was enough, he'd never cheat, he was sure, it was all the very height of commitment. For Aaron to find out there was a kiss with someone else just a few weeks after all that? How could he possibly trust him again? How could they stay engaged at least? I don't know.

I agree with this. I think Maybe Aaron will give him an ultimatum or he Will end their engagement and Robert Will do it.

Yes and no. For me personally I hate to see Robert just choose the selfish route of forgetting Andy and getting on with his life but at the same time like you say Robert is ruining his own life in the process so it's tricky.

Do we think Aaron will dump Robert? I have to say I can see why, please don't hate me, if it was the other way round I would want Robert to dump Aaron too. I can't see how Aaron won't dump him, regardless of if he pulls away or not. Didn't he once say to Robert that there was no way Robert would turn him into a weirdo that Sat waiting and worrying where he had been. Robert going to get all caught up in money and his revenge plans and Andy, when apart from helping Andy, he had said to Aaron he just wanted to be with him. It's going to cost him albeit temporarily we know the one thing he loves the most. I can see Aaron handing the ring back.

Here's the thing. I hate the spoilers, of course I hate the spoilers.

But then I also know what happens on screen can feel very different to words on the page. My gut reaction is the worst feeling, but that's to the spoilers not to the scenes. The scenes might play out and I might feel okay. Of course it's three weeks away but what can you do?

What I do know is that Robron are not taken lightly at Emmerdale HQ. They did not get substantial and significant screentime last week and a huge deal made out of their engagement to have it thrown away. The emotional drama of the wedding is something Iain says he hopes fans will like. The team are rooting for them as a couple, they have huge general audience support as well as our hardcore.

We also knew deep down it was never going to be plain sailing and that knowing Robron as we do they were likely going to break up at least once between now and the wedding. People do a lot of 'unforgivable' things that are moved on from in soap that wouldn't be moved on from in real life. It depends how much as a viewer and fan you can get over. Cheating is an emotive thing but there's probably not a married couple on the show that hasn't been rocked by a "kissing someone else" plot.

I don't really know what the point of this post is, nor the plot. But anyway.

The point is as well is that i think if Aaron finds out, it will be through Rebecca. And in that case she ill embellish what happened and make it sound worse and at this point i don't think that Aaron would trust anything Robert said even if he was truthfully explaining it wasn't like that.

It's always lovely when you are discussing kiss with others and break ups a week after your ship got engaged

I agree that Aaron will likely dump Robert and said it a few days ago.It won't be plain sailing,there has to be drama.A bumpy ride and all that ! They did say there would always be issues with these two.They are still complex Robert and Aaron

See I don't think it remotely selfish, what Andy has essential done is "Robert my relationship with you ex wife has gone sour....she's pissed off that I spent months abusing you for cheating and telling her she deserves so much better than scum like you, then slept with her dad wife. I think so too. As Robert told Aaron - he lies, he cheats, to get what he wants but he's trying to change - albeit it'a a rather slow process 😂.

Hopefully this will be the end of the storyline and he'll drop trying to clear Andy's name and she'll move onto someone else coz I'm finding her seriously annoying 😤. Isn't Ross Barton free 😬

I think this will be hiw it goes too, if its a big story for Robert, wonder if Aarons family or Vadam will find out what's gone on. Cant see Chas being happy if she finds out about the kiss but hopefully they will be filled in onthe big picture. I sooo want them onside fighting that awful family!

Completely agree. We all knew Robron wasn't 'easy' to like. Robert gave his last breath for Aaron last week so I do think that gives him some benefit of the doubt.


Because it's a soap? Aaron would be dead if not for Robert not once but twice this year. Also if Robert wants to cheat he does like with all his affairs in the past, he's gone out of his way to cheat. With Rebecca he's clearly pulling away and not jumping into bed with her.

Honestly if people know or think they know negative spoilers I'd rather they just spill them. I think it is the passive aggressive negative hinting that does peoples heads in and I won't apologise for saying that. Particularly when the spoilers that people know play out far less terribly on screen than what people think or are led to believe.

Danny also said a little while ago,that Robert will no doubt revert to the dark side at times and Aaron won't like it.But that they love each other and been through so much in the last 18 months.That their bond is too strong now and it would take something massive for them not to be together

Yeah I think Robert needs a kick up the arse from Aaron over this tbh.. the spoilers pictures clearly show them kissing, so this time Robert really has no excuse weather he's using her or not, it's not acceptable.

The only thing is, that yes he let's her kiss him but he does end up pulling away, for all we kno that could be just a split second.. no excuses but at least we know Robert stops it & doesn't take it any further.

Rebecca is a lying cow. Aaron will work that out in short order and get past it. He knows that when it comes to Robert he comes first 😀

I agree I don't like that at all, what annoys me the most is we have already had this with Robert and Rebecca please why are we having it again? Why. It's got to be resolved at some point. I would honestly love a guy to show interest in Aaron not for anything to happen but to see Robert reaction. If Aaron does dump Robert his walls will be up and Robert will have to win him back.
