some are there to revive a career, yes. some are too young to have a career so are there to start one. my issue with sam (based on what she told james in the LF) is that she is there to revive a 'career' as a singer which - apart from a novelty song -- is a career she never had.

If as you say some of the young ones are there to start a career, why on earth are they deemed to be celebrities?
