9/31 threads are about Bear.

The opposite of love is indifference, not loathing.

Why are you all giving him so much attention?

Everyone is secretly in love with him, then. Oh no!.

love him or hate him, you can't ignore the yobbo , that would be ****ing bizarre if we didn't talk about someone whose sole purpose is to destroy the housemates will to live

It's beginning to annoy me. How many ways can people say the same thing. He's a plonker, what else is there to add. Just ignore him.

So what was it made you think we needed another?

Because there's flip all else shown. Anyone speaks he shouts over the top of them. Any situation involving the house and he feels his running commentary must be heard. He's overbearing and he's getting the edit. It is the Bear Show. Excuse me while I repeatedly hit myself in the face with this blunt object.

His agent must be made of the same stuff as Bear then.

I pretty much have but like a mug I keep hoping it will return to being a little bit more like the BB - a better edit - I've always enjoyed so catch the odd 10 min here or there and keep up to date here.

If they were a little more balanced with the edit, a BB edit not a Towie Shore on the Beach edit, or Bear was suddenly struck with an unexplained virus which inexplicably rendered him mute, I could enjoy it again - there would be something for everyone.

But I think you're right. I probably will have to stop watching. Its beyond moronic now. Not for me. You enjoy.

What do you mean, why do we give him so much attention? We merely comment on the show. It just so happens that 85% of the show is about Bear. That's down to the out of touch producers, not us.

really difficult that considering that the highlights just feature him with a 10 sec cameo for everyone else.

Exactly, the BB producers can show anything they want, it just so happens that they want to show Bear doing what he does.

I know, the producers are the real ***** here, we should have 9/31 threads slagging them off

They gauge the show by viewing figures, If they drop then they will get the message the majority of the general public don't want to see Bear all the time, but If they don't then they will obviously feature him heavily.

It would though be interesting to see the viewing figures If they edited it in such a way as to show the others a lot more and and not Bear for a couple of shows.

I like Bear but would like to see IF the others have anything to offer, I keep reading on here that they have so would like to see it.

Bear's a truly great housemate

Making all the usual lazy celebs work for their pay cheques this time

And to anyone complaining: just remember, you've grown older over years, but BB has to remain fresh, vibrant and young ... It's fine to watch camp reality TV if you enjoy it – but if it's torturing you, that makes no sense at all

Bear has now survived two evictions, I'd suggest it's you who is out of touch.

When and if he contacts his agent when he gets out I would imagine he'll advise damage limitation and wait for the rerun of his original reality programme where I believe. his looks shone through which they haven't in bb😉

Bear has only survived one and that was because of chloe. I've no doubt he'll be evicted before the end.

That is a fair point. There are a few in there who I thought I'd like but I think they're just coasting it, keeping a lid on things, riding it out til they get their fee. He's certainly made that a little more difficult which I can to a certain extent appreciate but it's a bit much. If they just made the edit a little less Bear heavy I think I'd appreciate Bear a bit more.

As it is I find it a bit too dull and can't watch an entire episode. Bear would be better in smaller doses. On the upside I've packed in a brave few good films which I never would do when BB is on. Not torturing me, just boring me.

While Bear was doing his BB bidding breaking the rules in the task like a performing seal I thoroughly enjoyed Room and Captain America.

Not one of which was a vote to evict - or else he would be out on his ear .

so has James though and he lost to James , so that's hardly irrefutable evidence of his incredible popularity

There's no damage to limit. Bear's bread and butter will come from PAs at clubs and he's shown he can party and entertain.

No rerun to wait for either - the first showing of EotB is on MTV next week.
