Coffee shop yogurt and oats?

I keep passing various coffee shops and see people eating what looks like yogurt, oats and fruit.
Not sure what it is, whether it is healthy but it looks nice.
Any ideas what it is?

It's probably just oats, yoghurt and fruit mixed together and left in the fridge overnight to meld, popular Swiss breakfast. Personally I don't like it it's to mushy for my taste, I prefer to mix it that morning so there is still a bit of bite left.

This is how we do it.

You need:

Toasted oats
Selection of fruit
Yogurt
Honey

In a sundae glass put a layer of fruit, then yogurt, then oats then honey.

Repeat.

That's what I have for breakfast at work - a pot of yoghurt with some added sultanas and chopped dates, walnut pieces and sunflower seeds, then I add oats.

I think Bircher muesli is the one that's left overnight but I do mine just before I eat it.

I think it's yummy and it really does keep me going until lunchtime.

It's what it looks like: yoghurt, fruit and granola.

They are generally nice but quite high in sugar.
