Arg was an original casting and he wasn't super large when he was first cast in 2010. He was a foil for Mark Wright. The casting changed as the show became more glamorous. Someone will no doubt mention Diags, who was cast as a foil for Joey Essex, but these are the only two 'not great looking' guys cast on Towie in six years.

Marnie is much better looking than the 'average girl you see out and about'. She was a runner up for Miss Newcastle.

It's about shaming his own claims and using his body as evidence to test the veracity of those claims.

in old photos he does look like he had more of a well trained body, though still no leg definition, he really needs to work on those legs
i would not take training advice from him. he just seems abit thick all round to be honest so dont think i would take advice about anything from him
