With tip top gone, it was just a final parting shot in this forum at the extreme intolerence of three posters from the Chelsea thread who drove me away with their relentless baiting, insulting and truly weird hatred of Liverpool and bizarre theory of tip top and myself being Liverpool fans.
According to them, we were THE only ones who did not like Jose and were very glad he was gone. I did not go out of my way to look for anti Jose quotes. The other day i did my usual Chelsea google news search and the Chelsea fan item was top of the first page so I checked it out. I was not going to bother saying anything about him backing up what I knew all along, until I heard what Cundy said last night, which again, I did not go looking to hear. It was far, far more extreme than anything I have ever said about Jose and IMHO worth saying on hear. To hear such hatred at Chelsea for him was shocking to me as has been the sheer number of Chelsea fans coming out as firmly anti Jose. Oh, and of course it was a great performance and win on Sunday but I'm done with football char on this forum. Yet another one driven away by petty people on here. Not just the Chelsea thread I must add I've only taken umbrage at your continuous sniping at Mourinho. Even non-Chelsea fans will grudgingly admit that he achieved a lot for our club. You appear to think that all he achieved before last season is meaningless because you have taken a personal dislike to the guy. Cant you see how illogical that appears to most people ? I'm no great fan of Mourinho the man. How could I be, I've never met him. But I recognise that he's a great manager who played a large part in taking our club to a level I'd never seen before. And that will remain true regardless of what other fickle fans have to say. |

Well he isn't doing badly so far!
Got everyone who wasn't in form last season going and of course the tactical change to 3 at the back has worked wonders. Remember all the fuss about the fact John Terry might not be kept on last season - well despite getting a new deal he isn't being missed now I guess. Can they keep it up? Would having European football make a difference with extra games so more squad rotation etc... Cue defeat in next game - sorry Chelsea fans. |
