He may be Viacom's favourite but the producers don't seem very friendly disposed towards him in the DR.
He laughs in their faces and they do nothing about it.

I wouldn't read into them odds that have been set !! Jessica Ennis hill was 5-1 second favourite to win spoty 2016 and yet it only took less than 30 minutes for her silver medal place to confirm she was now 200-1 !!! So what happened to the money laid to get her to 2nd favourite???? Phantom betting me thinks so I'de forget bear and pick Frankie DONT let the bookies trick you with reverse psychology just because they say he's favourite does not mean he is !!!! Don't trust the bookies

I'd still put my money on Frankie if I was a betting person. His tolerance and ability to rise above the antics in there is impressive.

I think that odds are often a reflection of where people are betting their money, therefore the most money seems to be going on Bear. I can believe that, he was at decent odds to make a worthwhile return, he remarkably has fans and has a production team willing to overlook his behaviour.

Couldn't tell you the last any big brother the bookies got right
That's because they can only go by the people who are placing bets.......how many vote but do not bet

I won't be surprised

Helen won so why should we expect Bear not to?

My thinking too, Salv! After Helen nothing should shock us!

I'm just happy we got a fantastic BB17 final which for me was my favourite final ever as I liked 5 of the 6 and thought it was the best Final 2 ever.

So I'm holding onto that thought. If we get a bad one this series so be it. I'm personally looking forward to the better January series.

Truly the end of days, in terms of BB.

It isn't surprising he's the favourite. He was chosen by BB to win from the start and that's why he gets 99.9999999% of airtime and is allowed to do whatever he likes, and gets thrust down our necks on BOTS.

I don't think that. I loved BB17 and imo saved the civilian series. There shouldn't be a summer CBB so I'm not really caring. So surprised the ratings are high though.

All it means is there are punters placing large amounts of money on Bear to win, in the hope that there are more Juvenile thinking voters who will carry him to that win, I hope that there are more voters who can see through his BS and make anyone else the winner of this repetitive show.

he won't win in my view, I bet he is losing fans every night now, there comes a time when even the most moronic viewers will grow bored of the same thing, like kids stopping watching the Teletubbies

Thinking about it it's playing out the same way for Bear as it did for Helen, she had a pass to the final and he is nominated every week, so both could do just what hell they liked. And make it to the final, and as it's all that people have seen they sneak the win.

I really don't think he'll win. He'll most certainly get the 'anyone but Bear' to win vote. There's too many anti Bear voters. My opinion anyway

Agreed. Bear should win this horrible shitstorm, it's befitting of the ugliness that the show has become.

I wish this could be the case but sadly I think that vote will be split, because Bear is likely to be the only one of the "squad" in the final, except maybe Marnie. I know that as it narrows down it will eventually be Bear and another and they can get protest votes but it will probably be too late to catch him.

I can see Renee finishing top 3 though, would love her to win but very much doubt it.

Wouldn't surprise me after that cow Helen won. I still think the anti bear vote will get behind someone in the final and he won't win.

Well Friday showed us that the anti bear vote was strong enough if people vote as James got more votes than Bear.

Just depends if people have enough money to do the same in the final.

Ever day he does something that could get him thrown out. I wouldn't mind betting that the producers will do it towards the very end. If they don't, then they may lose the prospect of having any "big-ish" names in the future. Wonder if Emma has any influence too?
I get your point, but I think BB will be in very hot water if they chuck him out towards the end - after he has been the main player and such a large percentage of the drama has been caused by him - and save themselves his fee in the end. Especially after Biggins.

I can't remember - have Americans done well historically? I remember Gary Busey won, but he was a real card!

Of course Boar will win, it is in the BB script..why else would they have allowed him to get away with his despicable behaviour.
